Walk 3/10 mile to Ogunquit Maine Beach and downtown.

A newly built home is in the heart of Ogunquit. The moment you come through the door, the open concept and cleanliness (our #1 priority) will put you at ease to start your vacation. The kitchen makes you actually consider cooking. The large back deck has a comfortable sectional sofa, firepit, and dining table that may quickly become your favorite relaxation spot. There are 2 queen bedrooms (you will sleep on amazing sheets by Cypress Monarch) with TVs, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a glass walk-in shower). We are only 1/10th a mile to the center of town and 3/10 a mile to Ogunquit Main Beach. We are in the BEST LOCATION!! Don't pack the beach cart, beach towels, or chairs. We have them waiting for you. This home is a guest house located at the rear of the property, to the primary home. The property was designed to maintain optimal privacy for each home. See why Ogunquit has been named one of the best beach towns in America. We look forward to welcoming you!

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Ogunquit

Just minutes from the action, this beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom hideaway was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the company of good friends. Loved the outdoor deck! Enjoyed walks on the Marginal Way, local restaurants, beach, shopping. Hosts were super accommodating. Every VRBO should be this special!

Perfect Stay

The cottage was the perfect stay for us for quick 3 day break after moving our child into college in Boston. The cottage was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. We loved the patio at night! It was a great distance from town and the marginal way. Would definitely stay again and check out the area some more!

Fabulous Week in Ogunquit!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OGT. We loved our accommodations. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully designed and appointed. It was a short walk down to the town and to one of the most magnificent beaches in the country! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The weather was gorgeous too! Loved it!

Magical Race Weekend

Came for the Wells Coastal half marathon. Place is beautiful and has everything you might need! Walking distance to shop's, restaurants and ocean. Hosts were very available and gracious.

Wonderful Holiday Treat!

The main house is beautiful and was decorated for the holiday so nicely! The guest house is so warm and comfortable! And it's so close to the middle of downtown. We loved it! What a great location!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! House felt brand new with an amazing attention to detail. Modern, clean, private, and stylish. Parking was open & easy, getting into the unit was a breeze, and we loved the privacy. This place seemed like it was taken right out of a "modern country living" magazine. As advertised, the walk to downtown was a breeze; very short walk and *entirely* on a nice sidewalk. We loved not having to drive. The host was a great communicator, easy going, and supportive. We really appreciated the effort put into making the house a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and everything was clean and organized. We would recommend this place to any adults looking for a nice predictable place to stay in Ogunquit.

Gorgeous getaway

This gorgeous cottage is a little slice of heaven in beautiful Ogunquit. Spotless, beyond comfortable, private, quiet and walkable to downtown and the beach. Even prettier in person! We could not have had a more perfect stay in Maine. Top notch, with the most lovely hosts to boot. It was hard to leave and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much, Kristen and Tom!

Ogunquit fall escape

Beautiful location. Great host! Bedrooms are quite small. Be sure to bring your own toiletries as there is no shower/bath soap. Also. Only one bathroom is downstairs where the bedrooms are, which was tricky with two couples. Outside patio with couch, fire ring and table was a great way to spend the evening.

Beautiful Berwick Cottage

Lovely brand new cottage with all the comforts of home. The location to shops, restaurants, the Marginal Way Cliff Walk and costal scenery doesn't get better than this. The owners were on site and easy to reach if needed. We would definitely rent again. We were very happy.

A beautiful retreat

From the perfect location, beautiful, impeccably clean property, and warm hospitality, we could not have wished for a more pleasant stay in Ogunquit. Kristen was extremely helpful in accommodating special requests, like securing and setting up a foldable crib for our toddler. The amenities on site were meticulously thought out, like having a small hose at the door to clean off sandy shoes, or the fully stocked kitchen. We felt welcome and at home right off the bat, and we left with so many wonderful memories. We will be back, without a doubt. What a gem of a place!

This fabulous property in the heart of Oqunquit is the perfect getaway. A quick walk down the street puts you in the heart of everything! Park your car at the cottage and all of the restaurants, shopping, beach and the breathtaking Marginal Way are all within a short walking distance. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The amenities are perfect and your hosts are responsive & very helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful House in Ogunquit walk to Beach

This house is close to brand new, sparkling clean, and has everything that you will need for a great stay. A quick walk to the beach and restaurants with a 6 yr old. My husband loved the provided beach cart and chairs so much that he asked me to buy him the same ones for our house. We also used this house as home base to investigate Kennebunkport and York both short rides. The owners are very nice and super responsive. The new coffee shop on Main Street a few houses down is delicious. I highly recommend this property 5 stars!

My husband and I fell in LOVE with Ogunquit 20 years ago. Once our girls went off to school, we moved to Ogunquit full time. We bought this property in 2018 and starting building our dream home in 2020. We are excited to share our guest cottage.

We bought this property because of the location, location, location and that it sits on over 1/2 acre. I walk the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove everyday and feel extremely blessed to live in Ogunquit. We look forward to sharing the best of everything with you.

The larger lot size allowed us to make the guest house and a main home. The entertaining spaces were designed to allow for privacy both homes. The fact that you can walk to all the restaurants, beach and marginal way without driving is so GREAT!
