Fantastic location. Super close to downtown and the main beach. Walk everywhere.

A newly built home is in the heart of Ogunquit. The moment you come through the door, the open concept and cleanliness (our #1 priority) will put you at ease to start your vacation. The kitchen makes you actually consider cooking. The large back deck has a comfortable sectional sofa, firepit, and dining table that may quickly become your favorite relaxation spot. There are 2 queen bedrooms (you will sleep on amazing sheets by Cypress Monarch) with TVs, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a glass walk-in shower). We are only 1/10th a mile to the center of town and 3/10 a mile to Ogunquit Main Beach. We are in the BEST LOCATION!! Don't pack the beach cart, beach towels, or chairs. We have them waiting for you. This home is a guest house located at the rear of the property, to the primary home. The property was designed to maintain optimal privacy for each home. Perfect Stay

The cottage was the perfect stay for us for quick 3 day break after moving our child into college in Boston. The cottage was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. We loved the patio at night! It was a great distance from town and the marginal way. Would definitely stay again and check out the area some more!

Beautiful accommodations!

The property surpassed our expectations and Tom & Kristen were gracious hosts. Very convenient to downtown and the beach. The home is chock full of all you need. We had a great stay!

Magical Race Weekend

Came for the Wells Coastal half marathon. Place is beautiful and has everything you might need! Walking distance to shop's, restaurants and ocean. Hosts were very available and gracious.

Fantastic stay in Ogunquit

The cottage was just as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants, groceries. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, very nice cottage.

My good friend and I had a lovely time at Kristen's cottage. It was very clean, well-equipped (we cooked dinner each night) and the location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach. We will plan to return.

Awesome property in a fantastic location.

Great long weekend stay at this property. Everything brand new and owner couldn't have been more welcoming! Perfect location walking distance to town and to the beach. Close enough to be super convenient, but just far enough away for the quiet you want when the day is done.

Wonderful Holiday Treat!

The main house is beautiful and was decorated for the holiday so nicely! The guest house is so warm and comfortable! And it's so close to the middle of downtown. We loved it! What a great location!

Fabulous Week in Ogunquit!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OGT. We loved our accommodations. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully designed and appointed. It was a short walk down to the town and to one of the most magnificent beaches in the country! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The weather was gorgeous too! Loved it!

Wonderful rental property and location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Tom and Kristen are terrific hosts and very welcoming. It was like staying in a tree house as every window and the beautiful deck has views of trees and their lush, landscaped yard. It is so close to town we didn't have to take our car out much; the beach and town is very walkable. This is a real find in Ogunquit.

Perfect!

Everything was outstanding! Gorgeous place perfectly situated in the heart of town but just off the main street so it was quiet at night. The house was immaculate with everything you could need. And the owner, Kristen, was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Truly a perfect stay!

Perfect venue for the girlfriends

Perfect cottage/home for four, A+ host, perfect location

This was our first visit to Ogunquit area. Kristen was a great host providing excellent advice for local food and activities. 80% of our activity was walking distance (<2 miles). We will be back.

This fabulous property in the heart of Oqunquit is the perfect getaway. A quick walk down the street puts you in the heart of everything! Park your car at the cottage and all of the restaurants, shopping, beach and the breathtaking Marginal Way are all within a short walking distance. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The amenities are perfect and your hosts are responsive & very helpful. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I fell in LOVE with Ogunquit 20 years ago. Once our girls went off to school, we moved to Ogunquit full time. We bought this property in 2018 and starting building our dream home in 2020. We are excited to share our guest cottage.

We bought this property because of the location, location, location and that it sits on over 1/2 acre. I walk the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove everyday and feel extremely blessed to live in Ogunquit. We look forward to sharing the best of everything with you.

The larger lot size allowed us to make the guest house and a main home. The entertaining spaces were designed to allow for privacy both homes. The fact that you can walk to all the restaurants, beach and marginal way without driving is so GREAT!
