Sparks, NV is the place to be if you are here for the Rib Cook off, Hot August Nights, Hot Air Balloon Races, or a concert.
Our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers accommodations for up 4 guests. Stay and play like a local at any of the several casinos and just a 40 minute drive to Lake Tahoe.

We have made every attempt to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable as your own home, we have included Roku Tv's so feel free to login to your favorite streaming movie apps to not miss an episode or finish binge watching that series you just can't get enough of. We are minutes from Legends Shopping Mall, theater and several varieties of food options as well as the water slides and bowling ally.
Close to the freeway and grocery stores so believe me when I tell you that our cozy little condo is close to anything you could need while in Reno/Sparks NV.

We do not allow pets as this could cause an allergic reaction for other renters so please be respectful of the no pet policy.

-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are 10pm sharp, We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This condo is video monitored outdoors for security purposes at any time.
-This is a ground floor unit.
-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we've provided enough linens as well.
Our condo has a very open floor plan and is set up for all your basic immediate needs. We are open to ideas if there is something we overlooked please feel free to reach out to us.

Convenient location

My husband and I just needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from airport and this fit the bill. Nicely furnished and cute.

Nice place

We stayed here for our anniversary and to enjoy a Shinedown concert. The property is exactly as the listing describes. The owners were easy to reach when I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to park. Very cute, very clean.

Not what it seems!

My 15-year-old daughter and I came to the Sparks area to participate in a soccer camp for my daughter. The camp was Monday through Friday. After a very hot and long day at camp, we looked forward to finding this VRBO listing to stay and relax. We drove over to the rental to find a sketchy neighborhood, junk in people's yards, broken down cars, and unkept properties. I was already beginning to feel uneasy. We arrived at the property "Quaint in Sparks" to find an unkept front entry full of dead leaves, dirt and debris. It looked as if no one had been there in months. The outer door was like a prison gate and once we got the inner door open there was dirt and debris on the floors. The rugs were dirty, and it felt as if we had entered a very uncomfortable space. The decorations were the same as the pictures online, yet it was only to mask an unclean space. I felt immediately discouraged and wanted only to leave. I ended up having to find a hotel for us to stay in. I messaged the host and was dismissed for my concerns about the neighborhood and cleanliness. He simply stated he was "sorry" for my concerns, but he felt everything was clean and safe for our stay. It was not the case! For us to stay the week in a new hotel we would have needed to pay over 1000.00 dollars, we just couldn't afford that and ended up going home and missing the camp. To top it off he was unwilling to refund me. This rental is lipstick on a pig!

Overall this was a really nice place to stay while in the area. The inside of the condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, very quiet and had all amenities needed for a weekend stay. The only issue with the interior was a Glade plugin used for smell which my daughter loved but I am sensitive to perfumes due to allergies. Easily resolved as I placed it outside for the duration of our stay. The code to enter the condo was incorrect which resulted in us having to contact the property owner to which they replied and resolved the issue. The property is older and could use some updates but overall this was a really nice place to stay and we would stay again.

Photos accurate

The checkin process was real simple and easy. Home was clean and accurate to the photos in posting. The host was very responsive for any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute, Safe and comfy

We arrived late, the code that was given wasn’t working, but a simple phone call after hours and They were able to fix it in no time and give me a new code. With that said, the communication and response time was great! Once we were in, we found the place to be very homey and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with extra towels available. Sofa pull out was perfect for our family of 4. Neighborhood felt safe. Parking was convenient to front door.

Lovely Place

This place was the perfect location for our trip! It was just my husband and me, so we didn’t need a lot of space. The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and the temperature set just right. The neighborhood was so quiet, we could barely tell anybody else lived there! Just right for us to relax. The manager was exceptional and super responsive! A neighbor had parked in our spot and he ran right out to solve the issue. That was much appreciated. Finally, I can’t forget the little things. The oversized fluffy towels in the bathroom were just perfect!

Nice Condo

The condo listing’s pictures are very accurate. It is very clean and a quiet little neighborhood. Great for not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle! The only part that was a little bit uncomfortable were the beds. The bedroom bed was too firm for our liking. And my kids slept on the couch that pulls into a bed, which also was pretty hard for 3 nights. But the convenience of the condo was great.

Great for a short get away

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Close to the outlets but not too close. Grocery nearby, parks for kids, water park and more. Only downside was the pool wasn't open when we visited but otherwise great spot!

Hidden gem

The property was just as pictured. Cute and clean hidden gem. The neighborhood was centrally located and surprisingly quiet. They had everything we needed and the softest sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend!

Property as described

The place was as described- clean, well equipped and the owner was very responsive. Reasonably priced and centrally located. The only thing that caused some confusion was that the address is for a building with multiple units, and we didn’t know which one was ours. Would be nice to have that clearly stated, but we made contact with the owner and quickly got the answer. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great alternative to reno hotels

We had been traveling to reno every weekend for 2 months and had tried 8 different hotels in the reno area trying to find a clean and comfortable place with no luck. We decided to try something different and we are so glad we did! This place was the perfect size for 2, conveniently located to everything we needed, clean and cozy. The owners were very responsive. It was great to have a designated parking space but know that with the dark and recent snow the number on the curb was difficult to see. The thermostat was locked at specific temperatures so after working out in the cold all day we would have liked to set it a little higher but could not. It was very warm but we were bone- chilled so it would be fine for just the casual traveler. The bed was firmer than our liking but that is a personal preference. Overall the place was great and exactly what we were looking for.
