Situated on 1.34 acres of land overlooking Sarasota Bay, this family-friendly duplex presents incredible water views from nearly the entire property. In fact, you can see all the way to Lido Key and the downtown Sarasota skyline! Visit Gulf beaches at a moment’s notice or set sail from the backyard - this property also boasts the only private deepwater dock in the area, complete with four boat slips.
Occupying the entire ground level of the home, a private garage offers plenty of parking and storage. The garage has a Ping-Pong table, plus two kayaks and a paddleboard that can be launched from the docks and has its own access to the backyard. The property’s elevator stops at all three levels of the home.
Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling full kitchen, complete with a large island for prep space. The great room provides dining space as well as a living area with plush seating for the group. Step out to your screened lanai for a glass of wine, before grilling out and dining alfresco on the deck.
The top floor is home to the primary suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom. You’ll also find a bunk room with a private balcony.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: This home is equipped with two active, remote-access ADT security cameras outside at the front and back steps.
Dock details: Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, and fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
