Private boat ramp for smaller boats (height restrictions - A/C unit sticks out over the boat ramp on the 2nd floor). Comfortable 3 story home on canal with beautiful Old Florida views. Dine on the screened in porch on the 2nd floor with table, chairs and other outdoor seating along with a propane grill overlooking the water and coconut palms. Enjoy looking out to the tropical landscape, Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge from the top deck. You might get lucky and see some Manatees floating around by the dock!

Bring the family, there’s plenty of room. The garage is the bottom of the house and there’s 1 bedroom with full size bed with adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower on the second floor. Also, the kitchen, with counter height stools and great place to grab a bite, living room and sitting area on an open floor plan. Follow the spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor where you’ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and master bath with a walk in shower. Also, you’ll find another bedroom with a full size bed and utility room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the upper deck outside.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, there’s a place to launch kayaks and a fish cleaning table on the dock. There’s beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions within a short drive or just hang out. There is Spectrum high speed internet and TV’s in the living room and master bedroom.

Take a bike (there's 2) and explore the island. There's lots of nature and beautiful scenery.
