This property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and two toddlers. The artificial grass area in the side yard was perfect for the little ones to play in a wading pool when the beach got to be too hot and too sandy. IYKYK! We also enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. It was a fabulous week!

This was a very nice oceanfront home, Natalie was very easy and quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue we had was there was no bathroom on the lower level for anyone staying in the room with the bunk beds and the beach chairs need to be replaced. We are beach lovers so the house was amazing for that purpose, the decks off the living room, kitchen and upstairs master suites were awesome for enjoying the secluded beach.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. It's an easy drive to St. Augustine but on a quiet beach. Lovely place to visit.

This house was perfect for two large families! It had many appreciated amenities for people of every age. Walking out your back door and right into the ocean was the ideal setup. It was practically our own private beach! We loved the view, especially by the fire pit at night. The location was conveniently located to downtown St. Augustine which had so much to offer. Natalie was very responsive to all communication. We highly recommend this house as a perfect spot for your next family vacation!

We had a magical time at this super comfortable and beautiful home, in a perfect setting! Natalie was an absolute gem of a host! She went above and beyond for us. This holiday is one we will remember forever! A perfect 10!

Amazing family vacation

Highly recommend this property! Well equipped with everything you could need, Natalie was such a fantastic host! Such a gorgeous view and so close to St Augustine you can enjoy the beach as well as the history of the city!

Beautiful Beach Home

The home was beautiful and the views were amazing! It was perfect for our family and each bedroom space was perfect. The beach was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great Location

Very roomy accommodations and a great location directly on the beach. Very quiet beach! It was a short drive to visit St. Augustine. We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids.

Everything was wonderful from the host, to the beautiful beach house. The area was a lot of fun and there was something you could do everyday. My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Some of my family do not like firm beds but others did. So that is just a preference thing. That is the only thing I heard anything about except that mom and dad got the master bedroom. Thank you very much for an awesome family vacation.

Magical Moments

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice property. It is very clean and comfortable. Owner was very attentive to any questions. Awesome sunrises. Great location- just minutes to St. Augustine. We highly recommend!

Beautiful

This beautiful house was the backdrop to a family vacation filled with so many memories. It had ample space for everyone! Natalie was responsive to all questions! I would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful Beach

Wonderful, clean home on the most beautiful beach! Close to TPC and St. Augustine. Everything you could possibly need in house for a lovely beach vacation. Very quiet with awesome views from main living and upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our quick family trip.
