We loved our stay!! 2 fridges were great but no icemaker working in either. Rooms on south end are much warmer. We really enjoyed how close to the water it was!! And no seaweed issues!! The door downstairs is difficult to open. Loved the 4 king beds!! Our family enjoyed our stay!!

This house is beautiful and the beach view is the best. It was stocked with supplies needed for the week! We just walked out the front door and we were on the wonderful beach. No crowds on the beach was a big plus! The beds are very comfortable and all the king bed rooms have a beach view and door to the balcony! This house was perfect for our large family and grandchildren. We will be back!

Excellent house for large families or 2 families. Two fridges was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Quiet, directly on the beach with private access off the back deck which was clean and well kept with trex and comfortable polywood Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining area. Would stay again.

Wonderful location literally steps from the beach. Close to other conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. Two refrigerators are nice and the house seemed to be renovated recently.

PERFECT RELAXING BEACH VACATION

The house was clean and roomy. The beach was steps away from the back door and the beach wasn't crowded.

Perfect location

Beautiful property the location could not have been more perfect. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent the property again!

A great place to decompress

Serenity One is a beautiful beach house. It is well laid out. Four of bedrooms have great views of the ocean (three have doors leading to a deck overlooking the ocean).The beach is wonderful. We were able to see baby turtles released, dolphins, and sea birds.

Wonderful home, Wonderful Location

The host was very helpful and available. The property is exactly as described in the pictures and description. The location is perfect: away from the crowds, a private spot on the beach, yet just a 15-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Watch the Sun Rise

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a really nice layout. It was great to have 4 King size beds. The showers are huge. The sunrise views are spectacular! We loved being able to walk right out to the sand and waves. The host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Memories made!

Brought the whole family (13 of us) to Serenity One for some therapeutic time together after the passing of my husband, their father and poppy. It was just what we needed! The gorgeous view set the tone, and there were no disappointments. Thank you to the host for offering this beautiful home.

Perfect location!

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was set on a beautiful oceanfront on a private beach. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The house was perfect for the 12 of us staying for our friends vacation we do yearly. It was a quick drive over to st. Augustine for dinners and such. We loved it.

Overall all we had a wonderful time. Suggestions - there was a pretty good ant problem. The corner lower cabinet in the kitchen is broken, and when you open it, it falls to the floor, more bath towels and wash cloths (I think we had like 4 wash cloths total), and I would highly suggest new mattresses. Everyone complained about their bed being uncomfortable. The home itself was great, and the layout was wonderful. The back deck and access to the beach were wonderful as well.

Best time

This was our first big family cousin vacation. We had looked at several places and finally came to this one. Right on the beach the kids loved it, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We never left right outside the house. Plenty of room for the amount of people we had. Very clean and so nice. We would def come back to this place again. Highly recommend especially for the privacy.

Comfortable

Spacious/ with toddlers needed gate at top of stairs going down to laundry area/ kitchen well equipped/ plenty of towels and blankets/ enjoyed laundry facilities/ great tub in laundry area- kids enjoyed. Would add a vacuum for use as needed.

Great Family Time Stay

House was very clean and inviting. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and historical sites. We did have an issue with water pressure one day. Nick answered our call and stayed on top of it until it was fixed. Only downside is it not being walkable to the restaurants, shopping and historical sites but you are directly on the beach and you can't beat that. You can walk the beach for miles!!
