Great location, just a few blocks to walk to downtown and Martinez Park. Nice deck to sit and relax. Well maintained front garden. Driveway to park several cars plus ample street parking. Updated bathrooms connected to both bedrooms.

We chose this location for the proximity to downtown area, and for the purpose for our visit to Fort Collins. We loved our stay, and appreciated the available kitchenware, and family games. Parking was not an issue, and check in and out was a breeze. We have reason to visit Fort Collins, and definitely select this residential home for our future stay.

Great little house near old town very nice neighborhood. Two bedrooms with two queen size bed beds perfect for two or three people or possibly two couples. All the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! Nice, modern, clean and great location! Communication was also very timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The property was clean and communication was easy! The location was super close to downtown and the Poudre trail. There were plenty of great places to eat nearby as well!

Great Location!

This home was amazing! The owners have put a lot of work into it and it was perfect for our family's getaway. Plus, it's centrally located and is in close walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums, parks, etc. We'll definitely visit again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect for our family. Everything was as described. It is in walking distance to downtown Fort Collins which offers a lot of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Ft. Collins.

It was immaculate, well appointed in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The best part was location- just a 10 minute walk down tree-lined streets to the Old Town. We definitely would rebook if we return to this charming town.

Great location

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for a bike race that started at New Belgium brewery. Short walk to Old Town as well. We cooked in several times and the grill was nice to have. Deck is nice although it was a little warm while we were there.

Amazing Fort Collins Spot!

We loved our stay at this beautiful and unique property. Great for families and walkable to downtown fun - shopping, food, breweries, etc. Communication with the owner was also great. Can’t wait to come back!
