We stayed her during our son's graduation weekend and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. Communication with Patrick was great from booking through the stay. We were a party of eight and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!

Sparkler Families: if your tournament is based in Fort Collins this place is awesome! We split with two families of 3 and had plenty of room. About 25-30 minutes from fields. Fourth of July you can sit on the top deck and watch 7-10 firework shows. We saw fireworks for about an hour straight. Highly recommend!

The house didnt have many items in the kitchen to use. Not.enough silverware, pots and.pans were very old. The dishwasher was very lose when pulling the door open, the unit moved as well. Ice machine disnt work.

Great place, awesome deck and excellent location

Definitely enjoyed the deck with the view of the mountains and loved being able to walk to restaurants.

Great stay

We spent 2 weeks at this property and were very comfortable. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, living & dining areas, and laundry room. We loved the fireplace, attached garage, rooftop deck, and great location near Old Town, breweries, and trails.

Patrick responded to any of our questions in a timely manner which we appreciate. The house is new and clean. It was very comfortable and had all you needed for a stay. We chose this location because it's close to our daughter's townhouse. But, it turned out to be super convenient for going into Old Town too. It was a great stay and we highly recommend Patrick's home.

Great spot in Old Town North

We had a great stay at this place in Old Town North.The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The place was clean and we had good communication with the owner. This location is excellent with easy access to Old Town Fort Collins. Would definitely recommend this spot, especially if you want to be in the Old Town area.

What a super clean, everything you need place! We had lots of room, outside space, full moon viewing from the rooftop! Location perfect for many wedding venues in FC. I would repeat!

Place was very clean .Hallway bathroom needs a new shower curtain.The house could use more towels.There are houses being built across the street parking was ok for us. Until they are occupied parking is ok till then .

Overall great experience. Highly Recommended!

My family of 5 stayed at this property for three nights. The home was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, plates/utensils, coffee pot and even a toaster. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets/blankets. Location was ideal and the roof top area was a great bonus. We would definitley visit again!

Great Rental

Very nice rental with great views from the upper rooftop patio. The only issue we had was the shower wasn’t draining properly. The owner was contacted and quickly had someone come out and fix the problem.
