Cozy home in a great location

Our family stayed in Little Rock for 2 nights on the way back home from our Christmas vacation. The location is perfect for finding anything around the city. Cozy home with the perfect amount of modern updates. If we ever go back to Litlle Rock, we already have the place we want to stay. Thank You!

Diamond in the rough

Don’t let the eyesore across the street bother you. This was a great little place for three seasoned friends to reconnect and explore the area. The kitchen was great for cooking some of our meals and a great hammock in the backyard for relaxing.

Fun Time in Little Rock

The inside was clean and functional; however, it could use some TLC (bedroom doorknob falls off and why a chunk of wood to hold up tub instead of the ornate claw legs that are on it in the online pictures.) The kitchen is updated and nice, and the living room was cozy and set up nice to be able to relax and visit. Brochures were a great touch. We were all very disappointed with the back deck when we walked out to enjoy snacks and socialize. It was filthy and not functional. The deck floor has rotted, broken boards and is unsafe, chair cushions need replacing, and the table was caked with dirt, debris and bird droppings (your website pictures show a clean, safe and functional back deck.) The bench and little table out front were filthy, and is different than website pictures. The neighborhood was nice, despite the neighbors place across the street. It was conveniently located to all we wanted to do downtown.

Cute home for a weekend stay

We had a great time. The wifi was awesome and the beds were super comfy. We cooked in the house and it was so nice to have everything there like spices and things like that. Our entire group somehow forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner so it was awesome that it was provided. All in all a great stay.

Comfy and convenient

Close to everything and very comfortable for the five of us. Modern updates on the home in keeping with its history, nicely decorated, very cozy. Thank you for the houseplants -- it makes a place feel like home.

Stay in little rock

It was a clean comfortable place to stay. The beds were very comfortable for us. My granddaughter loved the sun room and daybed. The owners were very nice and prompt to reply. We appreciated the closeness to the convention center.

Little Rock Convention

Everything was exactly as it should have been. Very clean everything worked. Property manager contacted us to arrange a small maintenance job when he detected it and completed it while we were out. Very well maintained. I will certainly stay there again!

Great communication/comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, comfortable and well stocked (area guides, games, linens, etc.) The neighborhood is older but we felt safe. John and Shannon are very responsive to questions. Awesome hosts with reasonable rules and check out expectations.

Little Rock Graduation Weekend

Location was close to great restaurants and the area seemed safe (even with the eyesore across the street). House is older with a little bit of disrepair, but kitchen has been updated. Overall we had a nice two night stay.

Clean quiet and cozy

The house was setup like a home and not just another rental unit. It was very cozy, the tub was a favorite to enjoy, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet! A very convenient location to much of Little Rock’s amenities.

Cute House

Cute clean house; house across the street was a little questionable - however we did feel safe. There was quick communication anytime we had a question; one of TV's didn't work & they were quick to replace it. There was a $1500 deposit required - we've not experienced this large amount before. It's been 10 days since we've checked out & it still hasn't been reimbursed. Providing we receive all of the deposit back soon, we would stay there again.

Great House

John and Shannon's house was very homey, clean, had a great kitchen, and in a walking, quiet neighborhood (and close to The Oyster Bar). Yes, the house across the street is an eye-sore but you can ignore it.

Cozy bungalow

We had pleasant one-week stay at this home in the Capital View section of Little Rock. It is easy and quick (< 30 min) to get to most places given the home’s central location and extensive highway system. The home was very clean and the owners were very easy to work with. The home is in a middle class neighborhood that seems to be undergoing gentrification. The house across the street is a bit of an eyesore but overall the neighborhood was quiet and seems safe.

Large spaces and natural light

My favorite part about this home was the large spaces and the natural light. There were plenty of clean and flat surfaces to place my travel items in the main rooms and in the bedrooms. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Wonderful place to stay at Little Rock

During our three-week stay at the property, we found it to be incredibly comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally pleasant and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns we had. The location of the neighborhood was conveniently close to all our needs. Moreover, the property provided us with everything we required and even exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities.

My wife Shannon and I have lived in Little Rock for three years. We love our home in Stifft's Station and have worked hard to make it a relaxing reprieve from an up and coming area of Little Rock.
We recently welcomed our son Nels to or family and as he gets bigger we realized that we needed more space. We reluctantly decided to move to a larger space but are excited that we get to share our wonderful, historic home to guests from near and far.

This Property was built in 1924 and is a great example of the "Craftsman" style of home common to Little Rock in the 1920's and 1930's.

The interior was opened up to allow more flow from the kitchen to the living area, however many original features were left intact.

The Back Bathroom was updated in 2021 with a new shower and toilet.

A fully fenced back yard is great for kids to run around and interact with the abundant nature that calls Central Arkansas home including numerous bird species including a nesting pair of Mississippi Kites in the neighborhood.

The Property is located close to I-630 making this location ideal for adventures throughout Central Arkansas.
