Great location

The layout of the place was great for the group we had. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was beautiful!

Great Stay

Our group enjoyed the stay. The place was setup perfectly and ready for us. There was more than enough room for the 8 adults that traveled. It is perfectly situated and a short walk to the beach, the pools, and the gift shops that was off site. Definitely recommend.

A Convenient Location

The place is located near shopping centers and all convenience stores. The walk to the beach is not bad.

The perfect getaway

Quick walk to the beach, perfectly located between all the good eating places in Destin. We were very happy with this home and the amenities. The owner was incredibly responsive and makes things incredibly easy.

Nice location

Nice location… out of the traffic but yet close enough to all the attraction. Had some trouble with hot tub working but for immediate response from the owner and it was fixed.

Beach trip

The host was very responsive to every question I had from start to finish! They were very accommodating to me and my guest, including a fur baby!! It was in the perfect location, not far from the beach at all, and in a very quiet neighborhood. They made us feel very welcomed and we hope to be back soon :)

Great Stay

Property was beautiful and well kept, spacious, comfortable, and furnished appropriately. Busy but quiet area and close beach access was fantastic. Very attentive host and management. To note, this specific location is across from the pond, just a little further away than shown on the map during reservation process. It's a beautiful walk to the beach without crossing any streets. Would stay here again.

Family Vacay 2023

Could not beat the price with the location. Just minutes from a private beach, very clean cute little rental with enough space that 9 people still had their own space. Right in the center of several shops and restaurants. There is absolutely nothing but great things to say about the rental, the service, location, and the price! Will definitely check this property again for future stays!

I was happy that the walk to the beach was as advertised. The location was great with a swimming pool real close to property. the unit is a little older but it fulfilled the needs of my family of 7.

Close to restaurants and shops

The property was within walking distance to souvenir shops, target, WinnDixie and restaurants. Not too far from the beach but more like a 7-8 min walk from unit 22. It was older but had most of what we needed esp. beach things. Taylor was great beach worker.

Amazing.. Perfect!!!

“Great beach townhome close to so many attractions and walking distance to private beach! Everything was new and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Kids loved the beach gear provided and the foosball table! Great host, quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back! It’s a dream Vacation spot for our entire family and the host is amazing “

Destin weekend getaway

The property was just as I expected it to be! Clean and everything we needed was there! There were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, everything we needed for the beach was included. It was a very short but beautiful walk to the beach, and the kids had an amazing time in the pools! We will definitely return to this property for out next lil getaway. The property is conveniently located around everything that we needed! The property was perfect and just what we needed! Thank you so much for hosting my family!!! 5+ stars!!!😊

Host unresponsive about gate code to get to beach. Property not maintained well and not clean. It was obvious the property had been vacant due to smell and cleanliness with dead bugs.

We respectfully disagree with this review. All check-in instructions, including the gate code for beach access, were provided to the guest several days in advance via email, text, and the booking platform. The property was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to their arrival, and we maintain detailed records of each cleaning. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously and ensure the home is ready for every guest.

Vacation

When we arrived there was broken glass and overflowing trash in the kitchen. All of the beds were unmade with piles of sheets and blankets. The upstairs was EXTREMELY warm, which was unfortunate since this was the sleeping area. Other than those issues our stay was great.

Checking ALL the boxes!

This property checked all the boxes for our family! The property was very clean and had ample space for our family. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we had everything we needed during our vacation. I can't say enough about the location of this property. It is centrally located; the beach is a very short scenic walk from the property. It is equally surrounded by stores and restaurants all within walking distance. We didn't have to drive if we didn't want to. I absolutely adored this location! The owner is very friendly and hospitable. She was very responsive to any questions and also made herself available should we need anything. I look forward to staying again on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for hosting our family!

Old, not kept up, things falling apart, air-conditioning inadequate upstairs. 3 min walk to beach was a 15 min walk. Management was responsive, but there was not much they could do at the last minute.

Loved the private beach access and pool

This was a great place to stay for our two families of four! You can’t beat the private beach access and beach chair setup that comes with this condo! You get two beach chairs with umbrella; we got a front row spot every day so we were able to set up our blanket and beach chairs in front of those chairs right in the surf. It was definitely not as busy in our beach area, as it was in front of some of the high-rise condos. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having three bathrooms with two places to shower was definitely helpful! The complex is quiet and the short walk to the beach has a nice catwalk over the pond which is lit up at night. The pool closest to this condo is large and right across the parking lot. We went to the pool almost every night after the beach and there was hardly ever anyone else there. The location is close to at least 3 major grocery stores and only a few minutes drive to major attractions. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to go back!
