Great vacation

This place is beautiful!! It has everything you need in a vacation home-well stocked kitchen, beach gear, bikes, and comfy cozy living space and beds. We will be back for sure!!

Best House

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home. The property manager was so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved Grayton Beach!

We have been going to 30A twice a year, for the past 13 years and this was our first time in Grayton Beach. So much quieter than the crazy fall break of Seaside and Rosemary, but still in a prime 30A location. The golf cart was fabulous to have and the beach access was very easy, with a beautiful walk on a boardwalk. Eileen, the propery manager, was very communicative and extremly personable. The house was clean, roomy, and modern. We can't wait to stay again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend with 2 (3 for a couple nights) Adults and 8 girls and it was PERFECT. First off the house is so charming and clean. The layout was great for our group, 2 "master suites" (one with a LARGE day bed that was perfect for my 8 year old daughter to be in there with me and my mother), a bunk room that sleeps 3 with their own bathroom and another double queen bed room that slept 4. When you arrive, the owner supplied all the basics, so we were able to go to the beach for the evening while we waited for a grocery delivery without needing to buy toilet paper, towels, hand soap, etc. I've stayed at a lot of barren beach houses and it's very inconvenient to need to go to the store just to wash your hands with soap. hahaThe walk to the beach was a little far, but you have an option to rent a golf cart, or park at the pool and walk over. The boardwalk was so scenic and the area of the beach that you cross over to use is a great little spot that wasn't crowded at all. The inlet was a fun experience as well. The other pool, tennis courts, and pickleball is literally steps away, and they provided rackets and balls for us which was lovely. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas. All things we couldn't have brought with us flying. All in all- I would love to return to this home again in the future.
