We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, which made everything so convenient. It was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with our travel schedule and some unexpected weather concerns. We really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

As experienced visitors to 30A we had a good idea of the neighborhood, and this visit exceeded our expectations. The house is exactly as described yet better than I imagined. The instructions were easy to follow and there wasn’t thing we needed and didn’t have. Going to the beach in Sept meant small crowds, yet the Hub was busy and we had a great time watching football. This house is the perfect location for the best restaurants and the perfect place for a large family to get together and celebrate whatever.

Everything was really great! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean! Most instructions talked about a bigger pool but nowhere said it was across the road so we didn't find it till the close to the end of our stay. Also there was no beach accesses as close as it says which was disappointing. The surrounding property was great though, a great place to take bike rides or walks!

Fantastic, bright home perfect for relaxing or preparing for your next beach adventure. The pools are both wonderful. The location is perfect, situated towards the back of the neighborhood, away from the excitement of the Big Chill but still close enough to walk up and eat in a few minutes. The hosts were phenomenal communicators - timely, kind, generous, welcoming! We’ve been to 30A multiple times and this was our favorite house of all we’ve used!

Our family had one of the best vacations at this property. The house was amazing and beautifully decorated, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for families with small children. We didn’t have to bring beach chairs, towels, beach toys or bikes, everything was provided. The proximity to the Big Chill was just a few steps away, there is so much to do there without having to drive anywhere. Our grandchildren had so much fun and we will cherish the memories that were made. We will definitely be back soon!

We've been coming to 30A - specifically Prominence - for 6-7 years now. This has been our best experience so far. Really love the location of the house since it is towards the back at a dead end street. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed quiet mornings and nights on the screened in porch. The home had everything we needed and is very spacious for our family of 7 adults. Everyone had their own space and the family living area was large enough for all of us. The host was very gracious and responsive. We did have an issue with internet (as is normal in the area) and the host immediately got on the phone with the provider and got it straightened out. Overall, we would love to stay here again whenever we bring our extended family!

End of Summer Beach Trip!

The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was great to be able to walk over to The Big Chill for a quick meal or activity too. We will definitely try to stay in this property on our next trip.

2nd year in a row, did not disappoint.

The property is top notch and owners are delightful. Highly recommend to those who like the peaceful and quiet neighborhood vibe yet still only a few blocks from family entertainment. You have a 5-10 minute bike ride to good eats, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east and Seaside to the west. Looking forward to next year.

A Wonderful Place for Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay! Our adult children and spouses joined my husband and me for a week full of conversation and activities. There are lots of things to do in the immediate area. We had a couple of days of rain, but the house was perfect with its screened in porch where we just spend time catching up, snacking and drinking, and working on puzzles. It was a GREAT time!

Beautiful home and great neighborhood!

We really enjoyed spending our spring break here! Loved being close to The Big Chill, enjoying the bikes that were provided, the space of the house, and especially the spacious front porch. The homeowners provided everything we needed for the beach too! It was a great week!

Amazing vacation home!

We loved this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There were a lot of small touches that made a huge difference. The location was perfect. We loved the Big Chill. We highly recommend stay here! We will be back!

Our annual sibling gathering.

This beautiful house was incredible and easy to find. Laura was a great hostess. Everything is basically in walking distance, except for the beach it's only 10 minutes away. I Would recommend this house to anyone.

Friend Beach Trip

Our group of 10 and 2 pups had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well kept. The owners are very thoughtful. We had everything we could have needed from a crate for our pup to beach towels. The neighborhood was very family friendly. And there was a nearby dog walking area with bags and a trash can near the pool.

This was our last big summer trip to celebrate our recent high school and college graduates. We had the most wonderful time making memories with our family. The house was the perfect location, beautiful and clean. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Our 4 year old miniature Dachshund was so happy to be able to come with us. It’s always a great vacation when your pet can join. We could not ask for better hosts. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place in a great, quiet neighborhood

This rental was ideal for our mix of families. The area is pretty new and a lot of the surrounding was still under construction (summer 2019) but that meant that we could hang out and relax without all the big crowds. 10/10 would rent again in a heartbeat

This is our 4th stay at Maurice Au Mer, and it was a wonderful stay! We celebrated our parents' 50th Anniversary with a family trip, and we had a comfortable amount of room for our 3 families. Communication was exceptional and the written instructions were very helpful. Check in and check out was so convenient, and the beach toys, chairs, and bikes were so nice to use and not have to pack. The kitchen was equipped to make family meals, and The Big Chill had great variety when we wanted to eat out.We would definitely come back to this home away from home again and again!
