Spacious 1700sf fully furnished Condo , 2 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, overlooking pool. Sleeps 6-7. Full kitchen including microwave,dishwasher,and washer/dryer., dining room, and family room (with sofa bed), WIFI and DVD. Guests will enjoy Westin Resort amenities such as free golf (up to 4 players..just pay for cart fees) at both the Port Royal Golf (Robbers Row and Barony) and Shipyard.. Tennis is also included at the Port Royal Racquet Club. Guests can also take advantage of the resort restaurants, spa, gift shop, beach, indoor/outdoor pools, and outdoor bars.

Being frequent clients of Ocean Palms properties (15 visits since 2012) we have had the opportunity to utilize many of the units and this one did not disappoint. Clean and well kept, it allowed us to enjoy our stay without any worries tied to unit safety, housekeeping and nighttime relaxing. Highly recommend this unit to both new and recurring clientel.

The property interior was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week girls golf getaway. The owner was excellent at communication and aPleasure to deal with! The fact that the condo is managed by the Westin and you can use all the amenities of the hotel makes this an excellent value. We did have a mold issue on the back deck and outdoor furniture when we arrived, but the Westin staff came the next morning and not only power washed and cleaned, but noted other neighboring properties had similar issues and scheduled power washing for the remainder of the villas on the street for the next day. Service was outstanding!!! Pool directly behind the unit was also a plus at the end of a day of golfing! Hoping to come back next year!

Great location, nice villa, great amanities

We really enjoyed our vacation. The Westin amenities are great and the villa was only a short walk (10 minutes) to the Westin. The villa back porch has a nice view of the local pool. We had excellent communication with Ed the owner. He even reminded us to check in to the Westin a couple days before the vacation. We look forward to staying here again. The villa is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable.

This condo was a quiet gem for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out, immaculately clean, blissfully quiet. Beds were comfy; grateful for the blackout curtains. No problem keeping the unit cool. Water pressure and hot water were top notch in the big beautiful showers. Host and resort staff were quickly responsive to a minor maintenance issue, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. You get access to all the Westin amenities, including their private beach access. Yes, beach/pool towels are included, but only available at the resort so be sure to pick some up before going to the pool right by the unit. This Ocean Palms unit is at the quiet end of the property, so we found it more convenient to drive to the resort (less than 10 min drive). We assumed from other reviews and internet research that foot/bike paths would connect us quickly to the beach, but that was a mistake on our part. Each resort is careful to fence their property, so there are no trails or access points that aren't adjacent to the roads. This was just a learning curve for us as first-timers. This condo made a fantastic home base for exploring several of the area beaches by car. Definitely preferable to staying at a crowded, noisy resort.

Alway a great stay at Ocean Palms

I always hate to give a positive review of our stays at Ocean Palms because I'm afraid word will get out and we will not be able to rent here some year. My family has spent April vacation in one unit or another in the development the past 4 years, and each year it's hard to leave at the end of the week.This year was no different. In fact Ed's place is probably one of the best units in the development due to its location around back in the quiet end of Ocean Palms.One of the swimming pools was right outside the back of the unit. Although we spend time at the pool at the Westin, it was nice to have the pool right outside our door in order to grab various items in the unit on the days we did not go down to the beach.Ocean Palms is a hidden gem on HHI!

Ocean Palms was great for our family of 6 and the location to the pool was a highlight. A few things to keep in mind, you will get an additional invoice from the Westin for housekeeping fees, I did not realize this. The 317.00 bill was a surprise and I falsely assumed it was already included in the vrbo booking. The walk to the beach is far if you are trying to lug all your beach gear and kids, so I suggest taking the shuttle. Overall, it was a great stay, I just wish I knew about the additional housekeeping cost.
