Secluded Back Yard w/Bocce Ball and granite bar. Beautiful, Luxurious Snuggery- completely remodeled from lighting to flooring to furniture to mattresses! DeLonghi Espresso bar and drip coffee pot in suite. This unit is detailed and so close to everything Branson has to offer. Your family will love this home away from home Oasis with awesome outdoor space, smart Tv's, and even some neon lighting to spruce things up. Furniture pieces are made from local artists and unit is remodeled by Ashley (me), herself. I added everything I could think of, that I would want, while on vacation. Always open to suggestions too!

Good stay

This was a good stay. Echos with kids but clean, soft beds, good amount of supplies. Toilet paper roll holder was loose from wall but everything else was nice and good

Christmas getaway

We had plenty of room for our large family! The decor was absolutely adorable, and it was decorated for Christmas which was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute, and would definitely stay again!

Pretty and comfortable

We had a great time and loved the comfort and decor. Not a problem for us, but the electric outlets in the en suite bathroom were not working. We were also concerned about the pull out sofa. It seemed messed up. Loved the bedrooms. Plenty of blankets, pillows,. We enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t sleep the crew well

When we had problems with the property they didn’t help when we needed it. I asked questions before we left and they didn’t answer them then. So my daughter with travel anxiety didn’t have a place to sleep except the couch. The broken futon is much was a couch with a pull out bed has been broken a long time you could tell and so when we got home late at night tired we had to figure out how to help her. Not a good first night. All this could have been solved before we came and we could have prepared.

Best place we’ve stayed in Branson!

The little details made our stay! We’ve stayed at a number of nightly rentals in Branson but this is by far our favorite! It was clean, cozy, conveniently located, and fit the eight of us perfectly. We highly recommend this place!

It was sufficient

It was comfortable enough. I think I have been spoiled with others have more toiletries/items but you have to make sure and not forget to bring anything. The patio was a selling point but was not cleaned and really not appropriate for small kids. The rooms were comfortable enough but the walls are super thin. The first night I swear the upstairs guests did a cannon ball on the floor and this is with sound machines going. The washing machine was also a selling point but needs a serious clean. It looks a little moldy/mildewy and has that smell to it. There was onlyOne laundry pod which the host responded there should have been more but the code to get into the closet did not work. I wouldn’t stay with small kids.

Beautiful place !

Host Ashley was very prompt on any questions I had. Condo was very clean and beautiful! Rooms were big and the decor was awesome, Loved all of it.. we will book again on our next trip! Thank you Ashley for making our home away from home feel so relaxing !

Awesome condo!

This condo was just perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, great location and lots of extras that we weren’t expecting! The beds were comfortable with beautiful sheets and covers. The area was quite so sleeping was a breeze! The kitchen is well equipped and the coffee bar was great! Will definitely book again next year. There are several steps but they weren’t an issue for us even though we are over seventy with some mobility issues!

Amazing

Ashley's property was amazing. It worked perfect for our family. It was easy to access since the stairs had handrails on both sides. Being a walkout unit for my doggie was great. Her decor shows how much she cares about her guest and property. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover

This is a beautifully decorated and well stocked place! We had plenty of room for 7! The buildings are older and gave us pause when we drove up by that all went away as we stayed. Very quiet even when the area filled up on the weekend! This unit is down one flight of stairs, so think about that when you pack!! We would easily stay here again!

Girls trip

The condo was very neat and conformable. It had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishes. Only issues we had was upstairs was very noisy and could here all the walking, moving, etc. Also could hear the water running.

Cozy, clean, and beautiful spot!

The property was wonderful! Location was perfect! Was within 15 minutes to everywhere we visited. It's tucked away in a quiet beautiful spot. House was super clean! My son still talks about how good it smelled lol. Beds were comfy. Had everything you would need! My only very small complaint was the coffeemaker was kinda confusing. We had to look up instruction manual to figure out where the water went. Other than that our stay was absolutely perfect! We fell in love with branson and the ozarks! We will be back many time to come!

Great place for a weekend away!

We absolutely LOVED this place. We had 4 adults and our small dog and thought it was a perfect amount of space. Ashley thought of pretty much anything and everything! It looks exactly the photos—decor is so cute! Plenty of pillows and blankets to get cozy and relax after a long day out or just a day of hanging in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything thing you’d need to make meals. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean. TVs in each room. Plenty of indoor seating for breakfast/meal or work station. Directions were spot on and easy to find. Close enough to the strip and activities but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re overloaded with traffic. Ashley was quick to respond to questions, Provided me with some fun things to do and was gracious enough to let part of our party in a little bit early. I highly recommend and we’d love to stay here again!

Almost perfect!

This property was almost perfected for our family of 5 and small dog. I liked being the last building on the street, quiet with less traffic. Could walk right out to the back grass to play with my dog and only had one exit to block. I actually liked looking at the rock layers in the backyard. I can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into making this place nice and comfortable. Everything was within 15 minutes but away from traffic. Pros Location Good for pets Looks even better in person Very clean Water container with filter First aid kit (big thank you!!!) Ice pack in freezer (daughter twisted her ankle) 2 laundry pods Ice cream bowls and toppings - cute! Dishwasher soap provided Things to consider. Squeaky master door Master bed kinda lumpy/uncomfortable (for me, husband said it was fine) Stains on master comforter Stains on white towels. Thin (but nice) curtains - bring eye mask Bring hangers, hair and body wash. Would have liked some cleaner for the kitchen table and counters. Those are pretty minor things and can be easily resolved except the bed. Maybe we will switch and sleep in the other king bed?? (If you switch the mattresses let us know!!!) We would stay here again though! Thanks!

My husband and are so excited to have this Snuggery to offer you!! We have lived here, in Branson, for over 25 yrs and are grateful to call it home. We are builders and have recently started our own construction company. We are 6 years married and our baby girl just turned 3! This unit is an investment for us, as we build our family and our future! We are glad you are choosing to stay with us and are confident your stay will be fantastic! Here's to moments, that we know will become some of your best memories!

Newly and expertly remodeled. This means it looks, feels and IS so fresh and so clean! We didn't skimp on anything, as it was our first "blank slate". We gutted everything - but did keep the doors.. It has our personal touch, design and craftsmanship in every detail. We even added a fan and bistro lights, as well as a granite bar - outside! There is lots of room to play botche ball or corn hole out back. The location is supreme - as you can zip all around Branson via the backroads and will find yourself within 10 minutes of ANYTHING! This means, SDC, Table Rock Lake, Restaurants and Shopping! We love this community and the property, plus I think my husband did a pretty good job on the Shiplap walls =) We love this space and hope you do also!
