OVERVIEW: Pet friendly! Sawgrass South is a resort-style community on the bayside with fantastic amenities. Beautifully manicured grounds and the gated community of Saw Grass provide access to two clubhouses with gyms and two community pools. Quiet, spacious, elegant bi-level end unit townhome with three bedrooms, ground-level primary bedroom, loft area for additional seating, and two additional bedrooms on the second level. Beautiful granite countertop, formal dining room for eight w/ additional island seating, washer & dryer, cable, Wi-Fi, and stainless steel appliances. Lovely spacious screened-in porch overlooking the woods. You can see a family of deer walk through the yard at any time! There is a one-car garage with beach equipment for guest use, a gas grill, a private driveway for one car, and an overflow next door for additional vehicles. A workstation with an ethernet internet connection is available for all you working vacationers.
LOCATION: The convenient location, right off Coastal Highway (Route 1), puts guests in the epicenter of this east coast town, just minutes from Rehoboth Bay, Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, and tax-free Tanger Outlets. Downtown Rehoboth Beach is approx. Five miles away, historic Lewes Beach is approx. Seven miles and Dewey Beach is approx. 7 miles. Visit them easily from this central location. There are also many parks and bike trails to add to the list of amenities, and plenty of golf courses are available and open to the public! Enjoy a resort-style vacation without breaking the bank!
PARKING: A private driveway for one car and overflow are available in the community.
AMENITIES: The community pool, clubhouse, ceiling fans, beach equipment, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and workstation are available to guests. Outdoor games, such as corn hole and lawn darts, are also available.
THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The community requires guests to sign off on the rules and regulations. After you book the home, we will provide those to you. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
