Welcome to “Seaside Beach Cottage” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Welcome to your coastal getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, where our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home awaits. Comfortably sleeping 9 with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room. it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Our newly-designed backyard oasis boasts a heated pool for your pleasure and a sandy area for children's laughter and play. Stay tuned for new pictures of your next vacation paradise.

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. There will be a beach wagon of some kind

- Access to the back yard is though either the queen or king rooms or going out front and to the side of the home
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Beach getaway perfection.

The property was spacious. The decorations were beautiful, very relaxing and calm. The pool was warm and comfortable. The yard had activities to keep you busy and beautiful furniture to relax and sit at lighting was exceptional. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We did a walk around the nature. Trail, which is just moments away from your doorstep. And it was beautiful hearing the oysters open and close was exhilarating. We got to see dolphin from the pier. As well as a multitude of fish.

Great house close to the beach!

We had a great stay! The house was nicely decorated, very clean, and was well stocked with what we needed. The beach was only a short walk away with easy public beach access. The golf cart rental was great! And we really enjoyed the back patio area and pool. We had a few questions throughout our stay and the host was quick to respond. We love Indian Rocks and would stay at this home again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! It’s just a short walk to the beach but still tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was such a bonus that everyone had their own bathroom. Having a full laundry room made things incredibly convenient for our group. We did have a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was resolved quickly and—most impressively—on our schedule. The pool was spotless and beautifully maintained, as were all the living spaces. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be coming back every time we visit IRB!

Perfect escape

The house is newly remodeled and clean. Every room has its own bathroom and shower. The backyard has a nice pool to relax in and a grill to cookout and games to play with friends. Great location to the beach and close to several nature parks. I will definitely be back every year.

Great property!

We have been coming to IRB for Spring Break for 5 years... this property was perfect! Great location and we loved the pool and outdoor TV! We have to sons and they loved having their own room with TV and bathroom too! Definitely would recommend!!

Better than expected

The property was bigger than the pictures suggest. Perfect for multiple family members with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing some privacy. Open kitchen and living room floor plan and large outdoor covered patio area great for family time. Pool beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Only frustration was getting trying to get a receipt and information from the management. It all worked out but I feel I had to ask for information (receipt, how to enter property, etc.).

Great spot!

I loved the location- near beach, shops, restaurants and nature preserve. Kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The washer and dryer were helpful and the kitchen was nice. My only critique is that I wish the bedrooms that opened to the outside had a deadbolt and/or the fence had a lock. Would have felt more secure with kids. Good place and would recommend. Overall had a lovely stay!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

The house was in a great location and was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We were provided with everything we needed and appreciated the beach accessories that were left for us. The back yard was very nice, and the pool was plenty big and great for cooling off. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions or needed to contact him. We would definitely recommend this house!

All and all Positive

Location was perfect! We normally book right on the beach with an ocean view. This year we needed pet friendly because we traveled with our 10 year old dachshund. This house was as close as we could get to “ocean view” and checked all of our boxes. The house itself could use some updating, but that did not put any hamper in our vacation whatsoever! If I could give any advice at all; bring your own trash bags and dishwasher pods. We only had 1 bag in the can and one extra for the entire week; we made due with those and the Publix grocery bags we had from our shopping trip. Beware, if more than one person showers at once (in alternate bathrooms) the water temp fluctuates from warm to scolding. Use of the pool is best in early AM/late PM due to the heat of Florida. That was also not an issue as we spent most of our daytime at the beach which I might add was a very close walk and GORGEOUS! The Gulf is always PERFECT for us and this area was more than expected! Thank you for opening up your guest home to us and for your quick response anytime we had a question/issue. Again, sorry for turning your bath towels pink 😉 Can’t wait for our next trip to Florida!

Beautiful area, communication with manager was amazing

due to unforeseen circumstances, we actually stayed at two different places. Both within a couple blocks of each other and the beach. This area is quieter and ability to drive around on golf carts. The manager was amazing to work with, always prompt in communications and timing of information. We would stay again at a place this manager oversees.

Perfect for family of 10

House was perfect for us. We had 10 guest and all slept comfortably. House was equipped with so much more than we needed for the beach/pool. Very clean. Only a few minute walk to the beach.Property manager stayed in contact with us the whole time we had any questions. Will definitely look into more often for vaca.

Our home for the week

Great stay!

The house is as pictured. Super close walk to the beach and in close driving proximity to other destinations for day trips. The hosts were very responsive.
