We had a great stay. The house was the perfect layout for parents with children. The AC went out around 1am and was fixed by 2pm that day. The only thing that could’ve been better was a cleaner pool (I had to clean it when we arrived) and the inside floors but everything else was great.

Great location and use of the boat dock was essential for us. Pool was fantastic as well. Half the house is updated with typical finishes, half was a bit dated but was still clean. We provided a small list of minor issues/considerations to the property manager but overall our stay was good. I don't know the VRBO market in this location for this time of year but the house itself seemed a little underwhelming for what we paid but that was offset by the pool, waterfront, and use of the boat dock. Check in and communications were flawless.

Everything was great, from cleanliness of property to the view of the intercostal and pool. Couldn’t be more happy with the booking. Dolphins came right up to the seawall at around 4-4:30 everyday as well!

As a first time VRBO user, the process was cumbersome at times but the CasaTampa team was always helpful with every issue.The property was as advertised clean spacious accommodating. We will definitely consider it for future visits to IRB-FLA

Wonderful getaway , close to the beach 🏝

My husband loved fishing off the dock and the dogs loved the fully fenced yard - really comfy couch for watching Netflix too!

Great Vacation home

We had six people vacationing at the home three couples and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room near the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

My family really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and spacious. The location was perfect and the ability to fish right out the back door was perfect! We would definitely book this home again!

Nice home on the canal

House is located in a nice neighborhood. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy, a dock for your boat and a pool. House was very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great house on the water!

Great clean spacious house right on the intercoastal for fishing and even saw some dolphins! The house was clean and the rental company was always available.

A Nice Place

My three sisters and I went to Indian Rocks Beach for a get away. It was a very clean property and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet.

Love this house

This is an awesome house on the water. We have family here and we all enjoyed the pool and the space. During a pandemic we just stayed here and enjoyed ourselves. Great stay will definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay at this house! My husband loved fishing off the dock and we really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The beach is close by and easy to bike to. The ocean water is so clear in this area! Great food nearby as well- we enjoyed PJ’s, Keegan’s, Tropical Ice Cream and Gulfside Pizza. We would stay here again!

Great place

Was a perfect house and great location. Was very clean and enjoyed the pool area. Not far from everything from bars to reastaurants. Beach a close 10 min walk with a nice closet with all your beach needs included. You won’t be disappointed when you stay
