This third-floor condo provides guests with a private, waterfront balcony from where they can admire picture-perfect sunrises and sunsets and enjoy their daily morning cup of coffee. The living room, with its cheery and inviting decor, is a great place to hang out and unwind along with your loved ones. Stream your favorite series or movies on the flatscreen smart TV and enjoy the convenience of having central A/C during your stay. The chef of the group will be pleased with all the modern appliances and utensils found in the kitchen. The blender is perfect for fruit smoothies and the dishwasher will take care of the dishes and save everyone from the drag of doing them. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
