Nestled on the 2nd floor in the vibrant heart of Orange Beach, this condo offers convenient private balcony access from both the living room and Primary bedroom, allowing you to effortlessly embrace the coastal ambiance. The interior is adorned with tile floors throughout, adding to the cool, beachy vibe of the space.

The Primary suite serves as a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a plush King bed, a private bath for your convenience, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful and entertaining stay. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with a comfortable King bed, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is a haven for both kids and adults, featuring a Full-over-Full bunk bed with a Full-sized trundle, expanding the sleeping arrangements to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The living room is the heart of the condo, offering a welcoming space to gather and relax. It's equipped with a cozy sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot for family movie nights or simply lounging after a day of beach adventures.

*This unit is not to occupy more than 8 guests, including infants & children. All individuals, regardless of age, count towards total occupancy. Any guest with more than 8 people will be subject to eviction without a refund.

Family Getaway

I booked this stay for my family vacation and I am SOO pleased! The condo was perfect for a big party of 8, ranging in all ages. The location was perfect and was only minutes away from everything but still felt very secluded and private. I highly recommend!!!

We just got back from our stay at Romar Place. It was perfect location of a condo. You have the perfect view from the balcony! We had issues with internet and toilet upon arrival but had employees sent out to fix it immediately. There was never an issue with communication. My family and I can’t wait to come back next year!

Minor maintenance needed

Toilet seat in guest bathroom is broken. One footstool leg is broken. Screw in sliding glass door was falling out( we fixed it). Our major issue was floor had not been mopped. We take off our shoes when entering every home and our feet were black. I did not report or complain because we had already carried all our things in and didn’t want cleaning service there so I mopped the floors. The location is great and beach access is great as well. Layout of condo worked good for us.

Great family stay :)

Nice size and layout of the condo. Perfect view of the ocean. Nicely decorated and clean. Great sized deck. Would have given a 4, but the property manager was very rude. I was chewed out for forgetting my wristband one time out of the 2 weeks we were there, even though my husband had his on. She was frequently smoking by the dumpster that we had to walk by to go to the beach with our family each day. Would consider returning if she wasn't there. Some cabinets are peeling on edges...just need a little glue.

Overpriced and not worth it

The condo needs updating When we open. The door to the dishwasher it leans out. The toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall. The bar stool covers in the kitchen were stained and dirty On our last night there we heard people partying in the pool at 1230 and it sounded like a bunch of college kids were partying we had to wake up at 3

Very Satisfied

Condo was just as described and shown in pictures. Check in was a breeze. Management was always available if we had an issue (but we did not). Perfect setup on the second floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vaca

We stayed at this same unit last year (2022) and booked the same one this year because we loved it so much. Will try again in 2024. We have a large family and it’s easy access to the beach with lots of toys. I feel safe letting my 13 year old come and go from the unit. Clean, nice, and comfortable.

Fabulous condo!!!

Better than the photos! The second bedroom actually had queen bunk beds with a trundle. Kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the patio which has plenty of seating for all and wraps around from living room to master bedroom. Stairs and elevator were steps away from the front door. We used the stairs all week. Pool was warm and easy walk to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful view! Property was not well kept. Stair ways and hallways need to be pressure washed. Condo was much smaller that photos seemed. 2nd bedroom had no dresser.

It was a nice place but we won't go back. We are use to shorter beach and more packed sand in Florid

The property was located in good area. We were able to go to the zoo. Take a dolphin cruise. Play Put put. All located in a close distance from the condo. Food places were awesome near us. The condo could use a little updating but we didn't go to stay in the room. The condo building had lots of busy things. Exercise room. Games hot tub and indoor pool.

First time at Orange Beach!!

We had a great time. The condo was everything we needed. The only complaint that I have was the mattresses was a little to hard for me!

Beautiful

The condo was exactly as pictured! Unfortunately we had a lot of rain/storms, but that doesn’t take away from the condo. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The rooms were very clean and comfy. We sat on the balcony most every night just listening to the ocean! & Direct access to the beach was perfect!! Plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping very close by! We will be back!

Great location/ could have been cleaner

Location to the beach and view from balcony was perfect. We spent a lot of time cleaning/wiping things down before we could settle in. Food still on stuff, found a used rag in the shower. Once we cleaned it ourselves the place was great!!!

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. The home was in a great location, very accessible to the beach. It was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, etc. The home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

This property was exceptional. Check in was the easiest we have ever had. No elevator traffic being a smaller unit. Any issues we had (minor) were addressed quickly by staff. Condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we need. Wifi worked great too.

Everything was good except the condo wasn’t ready at check in time. Everyone helpful and cleaning crew came to me an apologized for the delay.

Shirt beach trip

My family and our friends was pleasantly surprised with the condo size and location. Being able to walk straight down to the beach was so convenient. It was nicely decorated and the area of the beach was not crowded at all. We are looking forward to another beach trip soon.
