Condo was exactly like the pictures. The balcony was awesome! We spent the majority of time on the balcony enjoying the view! Will book again.

The condo was perfect for a quick weekend with friends! We enjoyed our time, especially on the balcony for morning coffee or dinner in the evening. The elevators were pretty quick and it’s right on the beach! We will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.

Viva La Mar was by far the best beach vibe decorated condo I've stayed at. It had an amazing oceanfront view and was in an excellent location in Orange Beach. We were there during hurricane Isaias and had to evacuate for two days. Communication with Lina was great. She kept us informed about about what was going on and let us know when we could return.

Enjoyed the condo. Very nicely decorated and spacious. Great location and view. While the condo is on the 12th floor, elevators were always available.

There were some minor things that need to be looked at like the air vent in the extra bedroom rattled. But overall it was a very nice quiet place.

We had the best beach trip! The balcony is awesome- you can nap and hear the waves! We plan to stay here again! Good communication and the condo is exactly as described!

First time to Orange Beach, Alabama. My husband was proud of me for selecting this condo for our three night stays. Love hanging out on the balcony and just chilling on the comfortable furniture provided on the balcony. Will definitely pick this condo again if ever come back. Was expecting the beach to be clear and green or blue, but got murky brownish water like Galvestons beach.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo was nice, the beds were very comfortable, the view from the patio was gorgeous, and the sound of the waves were so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay great! The porch was amazing for morning coffee and views! Our host Lina was great-she always responded immediately to any questions we had! We will be back!
