With 3 full living levels and the main floor on the top level, this home is all about the VIEW!!! This brand new home features 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This inverted plan maximizes the views down the beach. When you get up to the top family room level, the views will take your breath away. The entire top level is family room, kitchen, and dining, oh and of course lots of glass to give you the WOW factor from inside the dwelling. The home is equipped with an elevator that goes to each floor. There are 3 oversized decks, 1 on each level to extend your living area outside to maximize your beach experience and extend your views. You can relax &enjoy the private, ELEVATED POOL in the deck and your kids playing on the beach. This home has all the conveniences that you need to make your vacation experience even more relaxing. The family room will be equipped with a large screen smart TV, as well as each bedroom has smart TVs. Of course WIFI will be included at this wonderful home. The granite countertops, hardwood floors, crown moldings will just amplify the extras that you will enjoy here at "Latitude Adjustment." Don't forget about the closeness to the Bridge and Southport. You will want to spend some of your time here exploring the very quaint town of Southport. If Golf is on your agenda, we can take care of that as well. With many top courses very close by, these courses will challenge even the scratch golfers. Bring your float and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your elevated pool overlooking the beautiful beach here at Oak Island. Beach House

This property is in a fantastic location. And we had a really great time staying there, especially with the pool. But it could use more of the basics. For example, each bathroom only had 1 partial roll of toilet paper. There was a lack of blankets and towels. There were also no cleaning supplies like dishwasher or laundry detergent. For how much this place costs per night, you would hope the basics would be provided. It just felt like a lot of corners were cut and it felt very corporate.

Girls Beach Trip

This is a lovely property! It is spaceous, clean, well-appointed, and PERFECTLY located. There is ocean viewing from every room! The beach is clean and felt private. We paid extra to have the pool heated and we were really never able to swim. Way too cold! Southport is a short distance away too. Love this area and love this property! We will book again.
