Welcome to Nayri Ocean. Located just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport…this stunning two bedroom condo offers ocean views and private beach access. Fall in love with the cobblestone streets, cafes and world class beaches of this charming Mexican town. Explore the countless boutiques, restaurants and art galleries or spend the day relaxing on the beach. No expense has been sparred in this brand new luxury condo. We have paid attention to every detail to make this feel like home.

Nayri Ocean is a brand new ocean front development. The unit is located on the fourth floor with spectacular views of the Bay. The property offers infinity pool, jacuzzi , private beach access a full gym and common area. The unit offers fully equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq. Two bedrooms with full size king beds, flat screen smart tv’s and two full bathrooms.

The property is located within minutes of walking distance to Calle Lázaro Cárdenas. Full of shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries. The property also includes underground parking and 24 hour security.

Perfect!

Monica's condo is perfect! Great communication before and during our stay. Check in was a breeze. Condo layout is great & it's well stocked. Location is ideal for exploring town and within walking distance to all the great restaurants. Nice view from the balcony. Condo complex is right on the beach. Great amenities - we used the gym, pool, and the cafe/bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Bucerias!

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay at Monica’s condo. It was perfect for the three of us. We were within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. Everyone so friendly and accommodating……we will be back.

Bucerias beach vacation

A wonderful property , excellent pool , great little private pool bar serving light lunch food and drinks ( you need to preload load special payment card at the front desk ) . The owner was so helpful and attentive in case of need . Nice little Weber bbq on the patio. Easy beach access. Great view , though not quite a full on sunset. It was nice that the afternoon sun was off the patio by abt 2pm so not baking in full sun all day. Very close to local restaurants. ( Karen’s bar however was very underwhelming , there are better places ) . Only negatives would be back bedroom had no view, and on occasions there was a lot of street noise for short periods of time. We will return , and overall an excellent property !

Our stay at the condo in Bucerias.

Our recent stay was outstanding on all levels! The condominium was not only beautiful but well stocked and comfortable with a stunning view. It is centrally located with easy access to all of the restaurants and shops that Bucerias offers. We had the privilege of meeting our host who was warm, gracious and very accommodating. We hope to stay here again for all our future visits to Bucerias.

Amazing stay at Nayri Ocean

By far our favorite condo we’ve stayed at in Mexico. Fantastic location. Condo had amazing views with a wonderful large balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Kitchen was perfect, well equipped and very spacious. Staff at the condo were very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect and pool bar has the best margaritas and burgers!!! Will stay here again 100%

Beautiful condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bucerias! The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues, but Monica was quick to respond and make things right. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo, beautiful view.

Great experience staying in a wonderful condo. Beautiful view of the ocean, huge deck to enjoy the views. Well decorated and supplied condo, everything we needed. Great communication from the owner before and during our stay. Location was great across the street from Karen’s restaurant, 1/2 block from Ozzies sports bar (great wings and margaritas), plenty of shops and restaurants close, short walk to the town center. Condo has a workout room and infinity pool with pool bar and beach access. Safe neighborhood with 24 hour security in the building. Building staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a 5 star experience!
