Newly Renovated 2BR 2BA 4th FLOOR @ THE LONG BEACH RESORT!!

2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 4th Floor in Tower 2 at the Long Beach Resort.

RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETE. This condo turned out to be nicer than we ever thought. Every inch of the condo was gutted and remodeled and every piece of furniture is brand new as of May 2021.

Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king and additional full over twin size bunkbed area near the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Spring break

We stayed during spring break. The room was great size and we had one little issue during our stay, maintenance was very quick to take care of it.

Excellent for Families

We chose this condo for our yearly Long Beach Resort stay because of its bunk beds and its reasonable rates. We found it excellent for our family with two little boys. Although it is a 2 bedroom unit, the bunk beds have a small separate area with a dresser that has a door to the larger bedroom with a king. What a great set up for families with small children! We also appreciated the updated, more modern style of the unit. My one suggestion would be that it could use a good deep clean and paint touch up in some areas.We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect !!!

The condo was more than what we were expecting. Upon entering it is a full glass view of the Ocean, Both bedrooms were full views also.The condo had all that we were expecting and more. The only thing that I was missing is the Gas grill, They have charcoal. The condo is located in a perfect area, walmart is a quarter mile away and also the Dollar tree. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Spring Break

Condo was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The resort had issues all week with hot tubs not working but we made the best of it. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome views!

This place was beautiful, spacious and the views were amazing. Could be a bit cleaner. But overall we loved it here and the location is great! We always stay at Long Beach resort, and I would rent again.

Not as I thought

Was not as pictured nice up to date appliances but the cleaning was horrible they was hair the the grains and we seen a couple of roaches pillows and sheets had stains loved the view as soon as you walked in

Promises Kept

The condo was exactly as promised. The entire process from booking to stay was simple, easy to understand, and the pictures were accurate. We would definitely be interested in renting this condo again if returning to PCB and Long Beach Resort.

Overall nice stay

The location of the condo was great, the cleanliness upon arriving was not good. We called the property manager and they sent cleaning staff to do a re-clean on our first full day. The cleaning staff came fairly quickly and did a great job trying making it right. Everything else was pretty good during our stay. We did learn after renting a golf cart for the week that Long Beach Resort does not allow golf carts on the Property so that was a huge problem and we had to speak with other businesses down the street in order to park the golf cart there. Just something to consider if a golf cart is important on vacation. Pools were good. No long waits for elevators. Overall decent stay.

Long Beach resort

Very nice location and views. Wish the bunk room was completely separate. The hoses outside didn’t work to rinse off feet. The cleaning crew could of done a little better with the unit. Overall had a nice stay with gorgeous views!

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!

The property is absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. It has everything you could possibly need. Located on the 4th floor in tower 2, we were right on the ocean and so close to the giant pool. The only negative about this condo was that there was no closet in one of the master bedrooms, but we made it work!! Book this condo!!

Beautiful condo

It is a beautiful condo. However, the mattresses need replacing especially in the master BR. The first night was so bad I had to go sleep on the couch. Then the next morning my husband looked under the bed to see if there was a problem with the frame. The main support in the middle of the bed was completely broken and lying on the floor. I have to say the young man who came to fix it was very nice and did an excellent job fixing it. Also, the cable box in the living room did not work. The person who fixed the bed looked at it and couldn’t get it to work either. He said someone would email the cable company. But it was never repaired the whole time we were there. Of course we had to leave early because of the hurricane.

Relaxing and beautiful vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean. The beach is in pristine condition. All staff was kind and helpful. I had concern about maintenance. The outside shower for us from the beach broke on day one of our arrival and was not repaired even a week later. There were loud guests late at night. Mostly teenagers. More was wash clothes needed to be provided. It was only enough for one days usage.

Cleanliness an issue

Great stay except for the fact that the condo was not at all clean. Hair in the shower drains, showers nasty, smudges all over the walls. Called the property manager the day we arrived and they said they would be in the next day (Monday). When housekeeping came, they literally said "we really don't clean, we just wipe things down for the next guest". Not good. Property was great and we enjoyed our stay. Really need to inspect for cleanliness before next guest arrives.

Beautiful condo!!

We loved our stay at Long Beach. The condo was beautiful!! Quality of furniture was good, leather sofas were nice! Beds were comfy. Bunk bed has full on bottom and twin on top. Rooms are very spacious. We loved having 2 master rooms with a beautiful view!!! Patio is very spacious with quality furniture. Only a few complaints 2 bar stools need repaired but not because of poor quality just average use. Bathroom vanities drawer slides are not attached so the drawers fall out when you pull on them. I repaired the hall bath and let the owners know about the master. Just need glued. There are 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel in each bathroom but there are washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash them each day if you prefer. Pool is beautiful. Overall we loved our stay and would book again. Unit is on the fourth floor

Honest Review

I have been coming to this resort for several years. I love the Long Beach Resort complex. This unit was not what it was cracked up to be. I’m usually try to stay in a nicer updated unit and have had plenty of other great experiences here at this resort. This unit is very cheaply put together. The cabinets are falling apart. Washer and Dryer are absolute junk. The appliances are not working properly. Mold all in the shower. Bed linens are cheap, mattress is caved in like very badly. Floors and windows were disgusting. Patio was covered in cigarette ashes. Living room rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the day it was put down. When I went to book it looked like it was privately managed and then when I book I start getting hit from another booking agency for all their fees. Overall I made the best of it for what it was. I will be back to Long Beach but I will never stay in this room again.

Beautiful condo

We were pleased with the decor and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and top-notch appliances. The only thing we were not satisfied with were the comfort of the master bed. The comforter did not match the beach decor. It looked like it came out of a college boys room. We brought our own pillows from home and our sleep was still terrible. Waking up with aching necks and lack of sleep. The mattress was awful to sleep on. After 3 nights of not sleeping well, We went and bought a mattress pad topper to help us sleep better. After we put that on the bed, we slept better. That is the only negative we have about this condo. We will definitely rent it again but bring our mattress topper with us. The other beds seem to be ok for our kids.

House keeping needs to be overseen by someone who cares.

The condition of the stall shower is deplorable. INSIDE the shower where the curbing meets the floor; there is black mold. The glass enclosure as well as the floor is covered with soap scum. The shower head is installed too high and leaks so badly that the paint on the ceiling is peeling off. Overall; the grout could use a good spray of Clorox. The sheets and bed spreads and spotted. Fitted sheets need to be properly installed on the mattress, so they stay on the corners. The coffee pot was dirty; we found mold in old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and a toilet paper holder was off the wall…both were quickly rectified. Towel racks and toilet tissue holder and shower enclosure handle are falling off.

Spring Break 2023

Overall our stay was good. Beautiful views. Parking was easy. Check in was easy. We had never been to Panama City before, had spent several Spring Breaks in Destin. PCB is definitely a different "vibe". Recognizing it was spring break, however, we were very surprised at the number of police issues witnessed in a short time. We will be heading back to Destin in the future. The complex and condo: As many previous visitors said, towels are lacking. 1 dishrag/hand towel provided. Hotel size (small) bath towels and very thin. Toilet tissue provided is probably the cheapest you can get. Air conditioner unit had no filter on the unit and the appeared there had not had one in a very long time and the condensation pipe leaked into a plastic dish pan. The door from the master bedroom out to the patio would not stay latched so the dead bolt had to be used or the door blew open. The photo showing the "bunk room" is a bit deceiving. The bunks are in the hallway to the 2nd bath and 2nd bedroom with no real privacy save a curtain. (not a big deal but not what it appeared in the picture). Not a huge deal but I wasn't expecting these type of issues for what we paid. Some other resident attempted to put a "20 lb bag of trash down the 5 lb trash chute" and left it with trash all over the floor. It took 2 calls to management and 2 days to get it taken care of. Before I booked I called Emerald coast and asked if beach chairs were included, they said yes for all units. Not tru
