This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 6 condo(first floor) is a beach lovers dream just steps away from the shoreline of Ocean City. Whether your soaking in the sun on the beach or your furnished private porch many memories to be made here. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities dishes,silverware,cups,mugs,pots and pans, toaster and coffee pot. Located midtown you are in walking distance to some of Ocean City's favorite dining hot spots Seacrets on 49th St , 45th StreetTap house the Dough roller and many more.
Enjoy a delicious ice cream at Dumser's or a round of golf with the family at Nicks mini golf.
We offer an area out back with picnic table to cook up some burgers or enjoy a bushel Maryland crabs.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our visit! So close to the beach, everything you’d need in the house, happy linens and towels were available. Host was extremely attentive and available thru text. WiFi was great - strong enough to do zoom calls with no issues. Beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect Condo

Everything about our stay was perfect! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is the best. Steps from the beach and within walking distance or a quick drive to many attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic House!

Great location right off the beach House was very clean and included fresh linens. Loved the dining table in the porch we ate in it every night! Jen is a wonderful host and accommodated us greatly!

Long weekend

The place was great. Will definitely stay there again. Just fyi towel package only included bath towels no wash clothes. (Maybe that was stated somewhere and I missed it) not a big deal as I just went and purchased some.

So close to the beach

Condo was exactly as expected from the listing, very close to the beach. Public parking out front as well to the private lot outback. The beach itself is not very crowded in this location.

Great beach holiday

This was our second year at the property. As last year, Jennifer, the property manager, was super easy and responsive with any communication or questions that we had. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access. Unit was clean and tidy, anything extra that we needed, Jennifer was able to bring. Lovely and stress-free holiday.

Great place but next door renters not so good

The pictures were accurate and actually seeing the property was even better. We heard the property owner Jennifer likes to meet her guests but unfortunately we were checking in late so we didn't get to meet her. Communication with her was great and had everything we needed. The beach was steps away and was at a great price compared to the neighboring properties. The only thing we didn't like was the beds. They were a bit stiff to our liking but someone else may differ if they like that. The other negative was the renters next door in 1E. The four were probably in their 20-30s and made a ruckus all night keeping us up especially when they were banging on the walls to our place. I would stay there again since the location and property owner were so great but only if there were respectful next door neighbors which is a challenge I guess with stays like these. I think next time we will probably choose something that is stand alone that she has to offer.

Beautiful place and owner was wonderful as far as communication

Owner greeted us at arrival to ensure we didn’t need anything or had questions. Place was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to staying there again for future visits!
