Beautiful, cozy, mountain themed condo, can’t get better location to walk to everything in town, steps to Main Street. Easy checkin, fantastic communication, has everything you will need including coffee and condiments. We looked forward to sitting on the back deck with coffee or appetizers every day, absolutely book this property asap!

Enjoyed our stay and location was fantastic. Enjoyed the deck. The condo could be a bit cleaner but did have a lot of amenities . Host was very communicative

The location was clean and close to the Main Street shopping and restaurants. A short walk got us to the gondola. We enjoyed the peaceful area!

A stones throw from downtown Breckenridge, with a water view and hot tub. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Loved it and will be back again!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Breck

We had a wonderful time staying at this super cute condo. The location was perfect and John was super easy to communicate with. We would definitely like to stay again the next time we come to town.

Great trip to Breck!

My son and I stayed at ClaimJumper from March 27-31, 2024. Very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked. GREAT LOCATION! Across the street from the Quicksilver lift and easy walk into town. Coffee shop out the door John was very responsive and a great host. Thanks for a great vacation!

A perfect place!

This was a cozy, steezy stay right in the heart of Breck. We enjoyed a warm, comfortable overnight and were able to walk to our downtown destination. The condo was super clean with every detail imagined. I highly recommend a visit. John was quickly available with any questions. We hope to visit again soon.

Lots of nice touches

Loved all the nice touches that show that the owners have really thought about how to make the stay nice. The kitchen is well appointed, and the unit was quiet. The location is GREAT. Short walk to the lift across the street. Less than half a block to Main Street. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Awesome location!

Just as the description says, location was great!! It was less that 8 minutes to Main Street or to the Quick Silver lift (great for beginner skiers, but easy options to access harder slopes once you are on the mountain). The host was excellent at communicating. The unit was very clean. Only comment would be the pull out couch is what you would expect from one to sleep on. Plan accordingly! We loved having it out for watching tv. Laundry, hot tub, fire place and deck were bonuses. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Condo for a Great Trip

This quaint little condo was perfect for our trip for two to Breck. The condo is tastefully decorated and all fixtures and lights worked well. There are two thermostats, one for the living room and a separate for the bedroom and they worked well enough we found ourselves turning them way down, you definitely won’t get cold here, even without the fireplace going. Having underground parking was great and kept us from having to clear snow off the vehicle. The location was perfect, practically right on Main St and a short walk to so many restaurants and shops. The bus stops right outside the condo for longer treks and there is a great ski shop and Mexican restaurant in the building. We look forward to a return trip and would definitely stay here again!
