This may be the best location to stay in Breck. "Claim Jumper" is a completely remodeled 1 bedroom ski condo with a queen bed and two pull-out beds in the heart of Breckenridge seconds from Main Street and across the street from the ski lifts.
Wake up in the morning to some fresh snow and walk downstairs to Cool River Coffee House for some hot drinks and pastries. Gather your equipment and walk across the street to the Quicksilver Superlift and be on Peak 9 or 8 in minutes. After a great day of skiing, walk directly to your place and soak in the hot tub or warm yourself up in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you sip an amazing wine or hot chocolate with the kids. Make reservations for your favorite restaurant and be there in minutes. Cap the day off with a glowing fire and board games with your loved one or family. It doesn't get better than this.
This completely remodeled 1 bedroom condo will sleep up to 5 guests as long as one of the guests is a child although 4 is ideal. Claim Jumper has its own private balcony with expansive views of downtown Breckenridge, Ollie Pond, the Blue River and the snow-capped mountains.

The walls have been decorated using reclaimed wood from a torn-down cabin and barn. Granite countertops, new furniture, TV and wood-burning fireplace made from stone from the adjacent Blue River. Upscale decor for those looking for a nice location for your stay.
Hot tub just outside your door along with a full-service restaurant "Mi Casa" and two ski shops for all of your ski equipment and rental needs.
This is an "all-inclusive" model that has been equipped to meet all of your reasonable needs. Towels, linens, supplies, cooking utensils, wifi, firewood, BBQ, propane and board games.
We have several vacation homes that we offer throughout the country and customer service and satisfaction are more important to us than profit. We are not a cold management company that is hard to reach and communicate with. We try to respond very quickly to your questions and needs and we stand behind our vacation rentals and will guarantee your stay.
If upon your arrival you feel you are not happy, notify us within 24 hours and we will cancel your remaining stay and reimburse you minus any fees from the host website.
