This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is great for families or groups of up to five people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with mountain views; there’s also a sunny patio area just outside. Imagine watching the gondola drift by your window as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring stone fireplace! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and cozy mountain meals. The dining table seats four.

Summit Rentals is a GREAT host to work with. Friendly and very responsive when needed. We have rented this property before and love the facility and the view. However, the unit itself could use a little TLC. The carpet could stand to be replaced. The bed is no longer very comfortable. The shower in the guest bath leaks onto the floor. The dishwasher doesn't close properly. But it did seem to work fine. They did replace the faucet for us while we were there. Thank You !So, it's a great place. Just needs a little touch up in certain places.

The room was exactly as advertised. Checkin and out was easy. The management team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub everyday after a day on the slopes.

The lack of AC was excruciating. We slept with all windows and doors open and 5 fans running and it was 20 degrees hotter inside than it was outside. A thunderstorm finally cooled things down but still way warmer inside than out even with windows open. Barely slept at all. Main TV glitches constantly - basically unwatchable. I’m sure this Is a great place to stay in the winter but not in the summer.

The host was responsive to questions and friendly. The condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, exercise/ steam room, and the close proximity to the lifts, restaurant and gondola to peak 8. The ski slopes were only steps away. Overall, great anniversary trip!

Great stay with awesome location. Shuttle to/from town made it super easy to go to dinner/shopping. Hot tub was super nice after long hikes.

Very conveniently located at the base of Peak 7, makes ski in and out a breeze. Also next to the gondola which connects you to town but unfortunately it closes at 5pm. However the shuttle service is free and outstanding, you need to download the app. Service desk people were very helpful and wanted to make sure you didn’t need anything. Our room was clean, modern, bed was a bit lumpy but overall a nice experience

The unit was just as pictured in the listing. Really enjoyed the nice Mountain View from balcony! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and very convenient to gondola and shuttle if needed. We experienced a couple hiccups during our 14 day stay but management stepped in to correct immediately. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend.

Cozy stay
This was a very cozy and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the hot tub and seeing the moose outside too.
