The first floor offers a queen bedroom with a patio, the 2nd floor has a large living area & screened porch; the 3rd floor offers another queen room with deck, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks for the kids! All bedrooms have smart TVs for binge-watching your favorites if you get a rainy day. The Smart TV in the living room also has cable! When not working out in the community fitness center, taking a dip in the community pool or at the beach, you can hop on the bike trail with the bikes provided in the garage . . . or walk to the boardwalk, the many unique boutiques and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. Rehoboth Crossing is also just a stone's throw from Rehoboth's outlet malls... you have to love Delaware's tax free shopping! Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for all stays under 7 nights and a minimum $300 pet fee if bringing a dog and $150 pet fee for additional dog (2 max). Breed restrictions may apply. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
