This house is so charming. It was very clean, in a quite neighborhood but close enough to town. The pictures are true and accurate as to what you will see when you get there. The hot tub was amazing and everyone slept very well. We will rent this place again!!!

Absolutely beautiful house, well decorated, and everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds nice TV. They even EV charging for your electric vehicle. Jacuzzi is great. We had a very nice comfortable stay and the owner is very responsive to questions.

Very clean and great location!

The house was very clean and well cared for and very close to downtown Greenville. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the fenced in backyard was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!

We were so happy with this pet friendly house. We have a dog and the neighborhood was nice for walks. The house was well appointed, clean and only a few miles from downtown Greenville. I brought my own weights, and the workout room was an extra bonus! We’d love to stay again.

VRBO says check in instructions should be received 3 days prior to trip but the host didn’t send them until day before arrival. House was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. I noticed a lot of homeless people walking up the block so I drove around the neighborhood to check it out and realized it wasn’t a good neighborhood. Host always responded back when I had any questions.

Check-in instructions are automatically sent by VRBO and also personally resent by us the day before arrival to ensure guests have the most up-to-date access information. We are always happy to resend details at any time upon request. Regarding the neighborhood, the home is located in a residential area that has been safe for our guests. We regularly host travel nurses, solo travelers, and families, and no other guests have reported safety concerns. Any homeless individuals are typically seen in downtown areas, not within the immediate neighborhood of the property. Great For Pet Owners

We are moving to the area and needed a place to stay with our two dogs and cat until we closed on our house. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Host was attentive when we needed help with WiFi. Would definitely recommend!

Pet friendly location close to Downtown Greenville!

Close to downtown Greenville with a nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. The only noise during the weekday would be the concrete business across the street but isn't too loud. Enjoyable stay for any long term or short term travelers that is also pet friendly!

We had a great stay. The proximity to downtown was great. The house was lovely and the area was quiet. They were also kind enough to have coffee and tea options available. If you are looking for a location near downtown but not in downtown…. This is the spot.
