Location, Location, Location! This Hawaii-chic, quiet condo is located in the heart of downtown Kailua Kona. Across the street is a beautiful beach, famous for watching the sunset. Walk to island shops, Restaurants, Live Entertainment, Activities, a Trolley station, farmers’ market.

This is a cozy second-story room that has a comfy King-size bed and pull-out sofa, it is good for up to 4 people. AC, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a few games to have fun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & snorkeling masks are provided for you to use.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, induction burners, toaster, coffee maker, and more.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a pre-dinner cocktail on the lanai (balcony) overlooking the pool and garden.

This quiet and peaceful complex has beautiful tropical gardens with banana trees, exotic flowers, and green lawns surround. You will love to enjoy the Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and Old Hawaiian charm.

You DO NOT need a car when you stay in this very convenient location. If you have a car, The free parking lot is available first come with a permit that you get from font-desk when you check in, If this lot is filled up, free overflow is also available on the street. Parking is limited and not guaranteed.

Coin/app-operated laundry available on site.

Valid ID required for check-in at Front Desk upon arrival.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

The location is great. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Walmart and Safeway were close as well

This was a great condo overlooking the pool. This place is only up 12 steps and right by the parking. Everything was very convenient. I could walk to every place I needed to go.

I appreciate that there was beach gear, however the wakeboard and the umbrella were broken. I like the location and how you can walk to shopping and food. It’s also not far from beaches and tours we did. WiFi wasn’t working and they sent someone when I asked that they don’t. This rental is overpriced for what you get in comparison to other properties. I would keep looking.

I really enjoyed my stay here -- the condo was clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed. It's in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, etc. I will gladly stay here again on future visits to the island.

Vacation in Hawaii

The condo appeared as advertised. It was clean and cozy, perfectly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the ocean. The host, First Island Realty, responded quickly to any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Perfect little spot for our first two nights on the island. Close grocery for some food, and a kitchenette w all you need. Community grills are nice (and easy to use) Pool and hot tub hit the spot, and a nice little walkway takes you right down to the road with bars and shops. Will keep this in mind for our next visit.

My favorite pllace in the world

Great location, clean n well staffed with friendly people who make everyone welcome. I have stayed 3 times here n 2 times in same condo which I love! I feel safe on my own and enjoyed the fact I could have my family with young children visit and enjoy the pool. Easy location to resturants n Farmers Market! Kona Trolley has stop close by for free transportion. Wonderful place to stay! Love, love, love, it!!!

5 Day Stay, Will not hold bags at the front office.

Host not very available on weekends, check in is weird as it is all privately owned rooms. They will not hold your bags at the front.

Fantastic lactation!

This property is right in the middle of town. Each night we had a quick little walk through the property to get to where we wanted to go. The grounds are well taken care of and pool looked nice - we didn’t have time to partake, but it looked good. My only complaint (very minor) is that there isn’t much of a cutting board or sharp knife. Whenever I’m in Hawaii I like to enjoy the local fruit. It was a bit challenging cutting through the pineapple and mango with the provided knife. Otherwise, it was a great little place for the 2 of us. We’d book this property again.

Great location

Right next to downtown Kona, clean place, all of the amenities you need. Balcony was beautiful and the pool was great. Address in email sent us to the wrong place initially but googling the name got us there. The parking situation wasn’t great - had to park down the street every night but with downtown in walking distance it wasn’t too bad

The property has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. I especially like the location - you walk out right into the downtown - no need to drive and look for parking.

Last day. The Front desk Member allowed me to Park My suitcase and My bag close to the Lobby and „kept an eye on My stuff. I came back, the suitcase was there But My bag gone. So take care when you leave your belongings in this accomodation. Not recommendable.
