Enjoy your private lanai with a beautiful new dining set for ocean viewing. Read a book or head down to the pool for more relaxation.
This beautiful condo is right next to a historic park where people spend time both day and night. Ali'i Drive is behind the condo so you can hear the vehicle traffic.

• Full-sized kitchen offers all appliances and cooking/serving items needed for the chef or a quick meal.
• Queen master bedroom.
• Living room with queen sofa bed and cable TV.

The property is well maintained, located with walking distance to everything, right next to Honi Beach and has a pool. The unit is comfortable, well maintained, has everything you need in the kitchen, and has a balcony with view of both the beach and the Ali’i Dr so you can see all the action.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the perfect temperature and a beautiful view of the sunsets. There was plenty of parking my husband who uses a cane and a walker was able to manage the three steps up and down. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The bedroom was a little warm at night, but the fans helped. I would definitely stay here again. The Hosts were very receptive.

Love the property (well-stocked kitchen), beach amenities (though maybe add an umbrella to the bin!) comfortable bedding, plenty of towels. Great walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. We would stay again!

Perfect location!

This location was excellent! Easy walk to town, and we loved the convenience of no keys! We came and went as we pleased and the pool was nice too.

Excellent location beside a small beach. The unit had some snorkeling equipment that we used and bought another set that we left there for our future visit! The unit is slightly dated but the location and the view are amazing. 5 min walk to great restaurants. Pool and hot tub very convenient after spending day at the beach. Free parking for a rental car. We arrived earlier than check-in time and were able to get the unit. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. Waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony was the best part. Amazing view of the ocean. We will be going back to stay again.

Perfect location and stay for us. The extras you can’t get in a hotel, like sand toys, cooler, condiments, etc along with the full kitchen made it so much better. The next door proximity to the sand beach was great for snorkeling and the kid, and the walking distance to the downtown part saved on parking. There was road noise, but we were aware of it ahead of time and it wasn’t a big deal to us. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Had everything we needed. The walk to downtown is best if you take the lower road, not Alii drive.

Great location and amenities

Morning sun on the deck while way home g the ocean is how everyday began. A close walk into town for coffee, açaí and dinner was great! Evening sunsets from the pool were enjoyed as well.

Very good location. We don't have the cars, so it's a perfect place to walk into town to restaurant and food. The beachfront next to the units, perfect location. The property a little bit old, half of the stove. It's not working, but it's not a big deal we mad it work. The property manager is very helpful.

Great location, with road noise

Place was wonderful. Excellent location, very walkable. As listed there is road noise, also an annoying bright yellow security light at night, but certainly nothing that ruined our time there.

We were very happy with our stay at Kona Reef, unit B-21. The place was very clean and well stocked when we got there. The property management staff was very easy to reach and helpful with questions we had.

Home away from home

Central location, quite and overall property clean. This was unplanned family emergency, one week turned into three. It was nice to have a home away from home.
