The property was dirty with dead bugs on the kitchen floor. There was no a/c in the bedroom and there was construction dumpsters near the entrance to park the vehicle. We left after one night, ask for a refund, never received a response.

The property is in a perfect location. The outside common areas are well maintained, pool and bbq area is great. Amazing view of ocean from balcony. The actual condo was dated, tidy but dirty. Cockroaches are definitely a problem. Mold on the ceilings and curtains from the a/c unit. Balcony door does not lock properly, bedroom tv does not work (which i read on a previous review but figured it would be addressed by now) floor turned our feet black, so bring socks if you are going to walk around without shoes.dishes in the cabinets were dirty. If you can look past these things, the location and pool makes up for these unfortunate things. I did let the contact person via vrbo know about these things but didnt hear back.

We enjoyed the small complex. The condo and grounds were clean and easy to navigate. We appreciated being able to easily walk to town and a small beach nearby. Thank you for having extras like chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear, and umbrella. This all makes the trip easier. Kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great trip!

Great location, beautiful view, good amenities. There were beach towels and chairs, snorkel gear, and kitchen was well stocked. The VRBO itself could use some updating and I think a check out time of 11am (instead of 10) would be a better option for families to enjoy and not feel rushed morning of check-out.

Great location in Kona, great location in the complex: literally just steps from covered parking and the gate to the pool/hot tub/barbecue area. Nice landscaping, nice view, quiet after 10 pm. Short drive into downtown Kailua-Kona...

Amenities were pretty good, towels, a little worn, there were beach chairs lots of snorkel gear ( we had our own) nicely stocked kitchen. Nice lanai nothing special just basic table and chairs. Bed was good. Great location, we were with 3 other couples so we could go as we pleased for shopping or dining. Pool was small but relaxing, hot tub too.

Great place to stay when visiting Kona. Beautiful sunset views from the pool area and one of the best beaches on the island to surf and/or boogie board is right next door.

I still miss the lanai. Sipping coffee and watching the waves rolling was so nice. The apartment listing was accurate, it comes equipped with everything you need. The location was really nice and convenient. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. You can't really swim at the beach out there, so much lava rock, but we saw eels in the tide pools. There is a small sandy beach next to the condo, but it was a little rough for my 6-year-old so we didn't go in. It was fun to watch the locals body board from there though.The apartment is probably best for two people, my family of four was a little cramped. The camping mat mentioned is actually more like two chair cushions that get shoved together. It wasn't exactly what we were expecting, but we made it work. We couldn't get the TV to work which was a little disappointing for the kids, but we came to watch the beach anyways. The in-unit laundry and AC were an absolute blessing. The host was very responsive.

Everything was wonderful, I really enjoyed the pool out of the other place we stayed. The only thing was it was a little loud at night. Nobody’s fault. Excellent place to stay host was awesome easy to work with. Loved it!

The location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Parking was convenient. The grill area was a great bonus and the pool was wonderful. The owner responded quickly to our questions.

Great place!

This was wonderful! Very short walk to all the stores and right on the ocean. Hot tub and pool were very nice- will definitely consider staying here again the next time.
