Weekend get away

Loved the house. Wonderful porch right on the river. Have already suggested to friends wanting a quick getaway close to home in Sevierville and Cincinatti. Easy ride to see Cumberland Falls.

Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The view of the lake was wonderful. The only downside was being able to make and receive calls was difficult but we already knew that going in as we have been coming to Woodson bend for many years now. We would definitely stay here again!

Wife

Everything was very nice. But out of all the rentals we have done this was the only one that did not have. Coffee - Hand Soap - Shampoos / Conditioners / Body Soap - Laundry Soap. Small little things that are very nice to have.

We're pleased to hear you had a nice stay, but we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the absence of certain amenities. It's important to note that in each of our rentals, we do provide a starter kit with items like bar soaps and toilet paper to help you get started. Since the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have adapted our offerings to focus on essential items, and we understand that you might have missed having coffee, shampoos, conditioners, and laundry soap readily available. We greatly appreciate your understanding of these changes, and your feedback is vital in our efforts to continuously improve. Our team at Lake Cumberland Resort III is dedicated to ensuring the best possible stay for our guests, and we take pride in our reviews. As we're nearing a 5-star rating, we're honored to be recognized as a Super Host on Airbnb and a Premiere Partner with VRBO. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit. Best regards, [Your Name] and the Lake Cumberland Resort III Team.

Great Weekend Getaway

The condo that we stayed in was perfect for my wife and me to unwind from all of the holidays and the new year family gatherings. It's always been our Christmas gift to each other to plan a getaway for a weekend. This was a perfect place for us to do just that. The condo was spacious enough for two but could easily accommodate a family of 4/5. Enjoyed the screened-in back deck that was winterized that allowed us to sit and enjoy the outdoors while it was cold outside. I had to replace a couple of the windows that were out of their track, which wasn't a big deal. The only thing that we had any issue with was the bedroom tv. I could not get the channels to unlock. I'm pretty tech-savvy when it comes to tv's but for some reason, I couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work. It would say the channels you are trying to view are locked. Luckily my wife enjoys football too. Other than that issue it was a perfect stay for us. Also, I might add, every staff person we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Dakota was an amazing help! She answered the questions that we had, communicated very well with us, and went above and beyond to help us out. Even though I had the issue with the tv in the bedroom I'm still giving this a 5 star. Terry
