This perfect retreat features well maintained landscaping and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The secluded shared pool in the rear felt like a private oasis. Great restaurants and easy access for a sunrise walk around nearby Hammock Park. Was especially fun to visit the turtle pond. Thanks again for an excellent stay.

The property outdoors is super inviting with all the trees and quietness. Our apartment was very clean. The colors were soothing!! Loved our stay!!

Very nice stay. Beautiful property, a hidden Oasis. My apartment had all the amenities that I needed and more. Gary went over and above to provide me with a bike to use during my stay so I could get around. Would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to get away and enjoy some private time and time to explore Dunedin. Lovely quaint and welcoming town. I felt very safe as a solo first time visitor.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fabulous! Beautiful, clean, everything you need is provided, and its conveniently located to downtown. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. Highly recommend! Lori is awesome and very responsive as well!!!!

The pictures do not do it justice! This place is beautiful. It's feels super secluded even though you are just a minute from everything. The amenities are excellent. Lori and Gary have thought of everything for you!

We had the best time staying at this VRBO. Lori, the host was extremely kind and helpful when we needed something. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Plenty of room, bedroom was big, bed was comfortable, living room had plenty of space. Loved the hot tub and used it every evening. The grounds are so luscious with so many plantings and the 100 year oaks. Even the owner's dog, Grover was a delight to have around! She had coolers in the closet if you wanted to use those as well as beach towels to use. You are in very close proximity to everything downtown as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We would most definitely stay again!

Honeymoon in Paradise

This place is amazing the pictures dont even begin to show the beauty of the grounds and out apartment was beautiful as well. It was quiet close to everything u can even want to do. We will absolutely be back here Lori is very quick getting back woth you everything was so smooth with checkong on it was stress free in everyway. Highly recommend to everyone!!! Loved the turtles too!!!!

Island Oak Apartment

Had an exceptional stay at the Island Oak upper level apartment. The space was clean and fresh, with higher quality finishes and appliances throughout (no dishwasher/oven in this one). The front door opens to a small foyer with laundry closet, and open staircase leading up to the apartment. Bed was comfortable, and the bedroom balcony was great to have. Towels, beach towels, and thoughtful kitchen items for just about everything you need to cook a meal were provided. The property was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub, let alone the landscaping and lush environment. Really a great tropical retreat to take a break from the beach and hang out. They provided two bikes for our use, and we biked into downtown a few times in about 10-15 minutes. A shared grill is also available to use. The hosts were very thoughtful and friendly, and helped us with recommendations of local places to go. Loved our stay here, can’t wait to get back!

Clean, quiet and well maintained 2nd floor unit. A 5 min bike ride from downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas rails to trails paved pathway. Don’t miss Honeymoon Island State Park a short drive away.

2nd time here..We just love the property, the grounds are amazing...such a pleasure to enjoy the landscaping and passion the goes into creating a tropical oasis for our stay! Everything is provided that you need to your stay and I love sitting out on the balcony in the morning with tea or late day with a glass of wine and enjoying the live oak and scenery! The hosts and other guests are a pleasure to chat with. And sitting by the pool or enjoying the hot tub a bonus. And of course, very convenient yet quiet location to enjoy all Dunnedin has to offer!

Shopping downtown Dunedin is a must .
