Home is lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 14. The backyard is huge. Great space for grilling and relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool was also a nice size. The beach was less than 5 minute walk. Definitely recommend this home. Its location is convenient to everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, lots of shops within 20 minute walk.

House was great, was well stocked with necessary items. Plenty of space. Pool was nice. Proximity to the beach was good. Would stay here again.

Nice place. Beach is a 4 minute walk straight down a path at the end of the street. Great location. You cant go wrong renting here. We did have an issue just prior to arrival with one of the two AC units. Rob, the host, went above and beyond to correct the issue. He personally showed up multiple times to correct the issue - ultimately buying and installing window AC units to address the rooms serviced by the broken central unit.

Great Family Beach House!

Location and amenities ideal for large families that want to walk to the beach or sit by the pool, and not have to go out to eat.

Great stay

The property was in a great location and was as described in the online description. Rob was very quick and responsive with the few very minor issues we had. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. It’s even more gorgeous than the photos. Handsomely appointed - each room given much attention to quality and detail. You feel at home as soon as you step through the front door. We were a group of 11 and had more than ample space. Garage is supplied with beach wagon, sand toys, and even a beach canopy. Some favorites shared by my family:Decor makes you want to stay in together and make memories, proximity to beach, the bunk room, space to relax, porch rocking chairs, great for accommodating a group our size - especially good for kids, great back yard, and expansive kitchen. Renting bikes for a day of riding on the beach together will always be a cherished memory. It was magical.

Great Location

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful house in a great location, short walk to beach. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking and/or biking distance. The management was very friendly and responded quickly. Would recommend having the pool heated, we were there in May and the pool water was chilly. Be sure to bring your favorite cookware and/or spices if you plan on cooking in house.

Stunning house and furnishings

This property was beautiful, inside and out. The furnishings and décor in every room were high end and the shuffleboard was so fun - we even had a tournament! Very close to the beach and within biking distance of town. Bikes provided in the garage were great and the pool and backyard area was lovely. Would suggest including cleaning supplies under the sink for any messes and spills. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed for our big family. Would absolutely stay here again!

Better than expected and great for large family gathering

We gathered in HHI for my father's funeral and needed to accommodate a large family and the house was available and perfect for multiple families and kids of all ages. It wasn't warm enough for us to enjoy the pool, but a couple crazy kids jumped in and we all took advantage of the easy walk to the beach. The house was amazing; we had enough rooms for couples and kids, although the bunk room kids complained of not being able to sleep in because of the openness of the room to the lower living area. The art in the house was notable and the overall decor was beautiful and serene in its coastal blue tones. We felt lucky we were able to find such a suitable house for such a large group on short notice. Steve Janning was accessible and informative. Overall: excellent.

Family Fourth of July holiday

The house was amazing had everything you need for cooking for a family of 18. Pool larger than expected which was a great surprise plenty of pool toys for the kids Floaties everything you need to go to the beach wagons chairs umbrellas, wakeboards boogieboards. The 2 laundry rooms for amazing the only thing I think that would make that house better is if it had two stoves/ovens and two dishwashers. The kitchen refrigerator was huge and the extra one in the garage was a nice addition.. Also being able to park in the garage was a big plus to keep vehicles off the road since that isn’t allowed. I don’t know where your hat is. I’ll have to get another one. I don’t think so. Why because you just pooped seriously were you being a smart ass? I did not call my phone. I said I was gonna order it there. I said that three times now.Host was wonderful to work with very responsive had to have a light replaced that went out in the master bathroom. It was fixed the very next morning and needed some attention to the pool and that was resolved within 15 minutes.. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Amazing home with every amenity you can think of!! Rob was an incredible host, answered questions promptly, left a basket of goodies and a welcome note. Our family of 17 (7 grandkids age 5 months to 13 and 10 adults) had plenty of space. The backyard was fenced, which we liked for safety for the younger kids, had a pool large enough to fit all of us, as well as plenty of chairs, loungers, and a large grill. Several things were in the big garage, such as beach chairs, two wagons and Floaties. There were also quite a few pool toys as well. The kitchen was massive and had everything you could think of including enough, small appliances, silverware, plates, etc., to accommodate our large family. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. The location was perfect, and very walkable to the beach even for the little ones and oldies! There is an outdoor shower as well, which was great so sand wasn’t tracked inside the home or near the pool. The game room on the second floor had games for everyone and toys for toddlers even. There were plenty of towels and beach towels as well. No street parking allowed but the driveway was big enough to accommodate six cars, including minivans. Our flight arrived early and we knew we couldn’t check in till four, but Rob was very generous and let us put our suitcases and belongings in the garage so we could free up space to get groceries. Such a beautiful and clean home located in a quiet area but minutes to everything. Thank you, Rob!

Great house

The pool is much larger in person. The yard is so big and has a wonderful dining space outside by the pool. It is a 4 minute very easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great place for large families

We spent a week at this property and it was great. The house was well maintained and beds very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and in a great location. Our only complaint was there is no door to the bunk room. Close enough to ride bikes to Coligny and other locations, but far enough out that it’s not crowded on the beach. It was great to have a private pool. Steve the property manager was very responsive to any of our needs throughout the week!

Perfect for families..

We rented this house for our annual family trip, and we loved it!! The house was perfect for my family as our age range was 18yrs-74 yrs old. We enjoyed the pool, grill area and corn hole. The house is located near plenty of shopping and dining. The beach access located across the street was really convenient. A huge plus was having the property manager readily available to answer any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable house for your family vacation this is the place.
