The condo is simply amazing!! Extremely comfy beds. Everything we needed was available. Communication was spot on. Definitely going to look at returning to this place in the future!!

amazing place to stay. so well stocked. no need to bring any kid toys, or beach things - they have everything! :) . Loved the location, views, and amenities (tennis court, pool, hot tub, beach)

Thank you Karen. Our family mini vacation was absolutely wonderful. A perfect gathering place for all ages. Enjoyed the privacy the location provided. We had long family walks on the beach each day. We look forward to your home being our gathering place while the Grandson is attending College at Hartnell. The football game we came over for was awesome, too. Go Hartnell!

We have always enjoyed Monterey Dunes but this home was the very best so far. All the amenities, the home was very clean and great floor plan for our guests.

Our three generation family’s second time at this well-equipped property in a stunning beach location. With direct access to a long, wide beach to walk on, and a beautiful view of the bay (and occasional whales), this is a great location for a family vacation. We look forward to an opportunity for another visit.

We are return renters, and always love our stay here. The house is comfortable, clean, and of course, the views are amazing! Our family goes annually, and ages 14 to 88 look forward to it every year.

This was a great house for our needs. % blokes over from Australia for the fabulous Monterey Car Week. Very clean and well equipped. 3 big double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and the third with a wonderful sea view. The fourth room has two beds. The living, dining and kitchen area is huge. Outside there is a barbecue and there are bikes, scooters and other recreational stuff in the garage. We did not use the common facilities which include a swimming pool and tennis courts. The host gave us excellent notes on shops and restaurants. Moss Landing has nothing there apart from the beach, which was deserted while we were there in August.You should also be aware that while the shopping and restaurants in the nearest town, Castroville, are adequate, you need to go to Monterey or Carmel if you want fine dining. We love Mexican food so we were ok.

We have stayed at this property numerous times before and Unit 176 does not disappoint. It is clean, comfortable and has great ocean views.

Consistently Exceptional!

This was our 7th time staying at this unit and there is a reason for our return year-after-year: it's just an all around great stay. Location so near to the beach, quiet surroundings, well-stocked kitchen gear, lots of space, clean, clear and prompt communication. We love this place!

Family Beach Trip

This was our third stay at this property. Our family and grandkids love the location and beach access. A very comfortable home with fantastic perks. Great local produce and not far from Monterey.

Great place on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the property worked perfectly for our family. The host gave us all the details we needed for a smooth checkin and how to access all the amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there.
