This gorgeous home is very spacious with a perfect layout for large family gatherings! There is a split floor plan with the suite attached. Enjoy having two full kitchens, two living rooms, TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer, and the star of the home: a private screened swimming pool. The location of this home is quite convenient; you will be just a short walk to the beach with the beach path right behind the home.

This home also features a Pack N' Play, highchair, play saucer, baby seat, and toys and games for the kids.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property for big groups on vacation

13 GWT was a perfect location for our large party (8 adults, 3 preschoolers, 2 babies) - plenty of space, good safety features and amenities for families, short easy walk to the beach, private pool, and good nearby food options. Camille and Mariah went above and beyond, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We'll be back!

1st Annual Family Vacation.

We all could hang out in one area together. All 12 of us. Whether it be the main kitchen, living room or pool area, but also have separate time with the size of the property.

Perfect for Big Families

This was our third year staying at 13 Green Winged Teal, and we absolutely love it. It comfortably holds our three families for one big extended-family vacation. We cherish the time together, especially for the youngest generation of cousins to make special memories. The house is BIG and there’s plenty of space for everyone. The pool is fenced in securely - a huge plus with our young ones in tow. The driveway holds six cars. The backyard provides privacy and easy access to the beach path, a 5ish minute walk to the beach. This year there was the pleasant surprise of bathrooms having been renovated. They are absolutely beautiful! We love staying here but, frankly, we are being priced out - looking at you Vacasa.

AMAZING!!

This house was perfect for my bridesmaids and I for my wedding weekend! So spacious and beautiful for getting ready and taking pictures!!! We had one issue with a leaking toilet and they had someone there within the hour!

Fantastic!

It doesn't get better than this. Beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious, well supplied, comfortable, absolutely perfect location between the beach and the conference center, pool and backyard were great for the kids...it is great!

A big beach house haven

We rented this house for our family beach week vacation. We were happy with the location - the house is an easy drive from JAX and an easy walk to the beach (5 minutes out the back door). However, while the house is big and there is plenty of space- it needs upkeep inside and outside including the pool. The cleanliness of the house needs improvement. We had an unclean/ hygienic issue with a bed which was resolved the next day after notifying management. Another cleanliness issue in the kitchen took days to get a response from management and a resolution. The house is not well stocked so bring hand soap, and cleaning supplies for cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen. The screened in pool and patio have holes in the screen which means bugs and lizards get in. As other guests have noted- the pool isn’t heated and the water is cold (since it’s under trees) but it’s refreshing after a hot day at the beach. We enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the resort area but would not rent again considering the downsides.

This is a beautiful home with spacious accommodations for a great vacation house!

Everything was outstanding . The only thing that needed to be done was the carpet in the queen bedroom needed to be cleaned! We would rent this house again! It is fabulous! We had ten adults ages 65-90 and it accompanied everyone with plenty of space. Our group wants to rent this place again!

Prefect for a crowd!

Lots of room for 5 adult couples. Really enjoyed the large gathering spaces & my group loved that each couple had a private/attached bath with the bedrooms. We enjoyed the walk to the beach & the screened in porch. Was too cold for the pool.

A lovely home

A lovely home - The pool and pool deck needed some immediate attention when we arrived, and Vacasa had the area and pool cleaned beautifully the next morning. Our whole family would definitely stay there again!

Lots of space

This place works well for multiple families. Beach is a short walk. The pool is not heated but the kids enjoyed it. There is a shortage of outside seating. Please be aware, there are two steps (or more) to most of the bedrooms.

Great place

We enjoyed this lovely home. It was clean, spacious and with plenty of room for at least 2 families. There is a pathway just through the property fence to the beach. We enjoyed the decks including the pool deck as it was screened in. There was lots of wildlife on the island for all to see. It was a nice property inside a gated community.

Multi-Family Vacation

The location of this home is great - very close to the beach, as well as the slew of Omni amenities (restaurants, mini golf, etc) The home provided tons of space for us. The loft upstairs was perfect sleeping arrangement for our family with young kids and the double kitchen/living area was a great way to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout. Major complaint would be the overall upkeep of the home… there was noticeable mold in a few of the rooms and the coffee maker did not look sanitary (lots of grime/build up). We only stayed for 2 nights and used most of our own supplies, so cannot speak to most of the other amenities. I will note, while the home does have a pool, the heater is inoperable. And given the location of the pool, it completely shaded, so entirely too cold to enjoy. That was a major letdown for our kids.

Amazing!

We were in our home 4 nights and 5 days. The home accommodations were prefect, very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room to have our own space when needed. The home had a very family feel with photos and ocean décor, very warming. What most we are appreciative was the Vacasa representatives checking in on us throughout our stay! Very pleasant, timely and accommodating to a few requests from us. Outstanding service! We will definitely book through Vacasa on our next ventures! THANK YOU!

Great space & location!

I brought my family and some employees for some business and pleasure. The conference we were attending at the Omni was only a few minute walk from the house, which worked out perfectly. The beach was about a five minute walk. The layout of the home worked perfectly because my family was able to stay on one side and my employees on the other side and then we used the main living room as common space. The pool was cold but the weather allowed the kids to play in the water at the beach.

Amelia Plantation - Great Destination

A very spacious house which allows several generations to easily coexist together and enjoy one another. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our week together. We brought our own wagon which made hauling our tents and sand chairs much easier. We pulled a child along the shaded paths to see the fish near the miniature golf. Very nice property! The local Vacasa staff helpful in locating a walk in clinic for granddaughter’s ear ache treatment. Thanks!

Amelia Getaway

Beautiful home. A bath for each bedroom, so convenient. Close to the beach with that wonderful back yard gate to the beach path. Pool was so much fun! We had a wonderful time. Only one negative was the broken oven and microwave in the big kitchen all week long. Luckily others available at the other end of the house. Hopefully will be fixed soon for the next guests. The plantation and Fernandina are wonderful fun places for all ages. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Family vacation

The home is perfect for a family gathering. There were a few minor issues and the management company was quick to respond. Home was clean, and comfortable for all, Kids and adults. If we were to return to Amelia Island, we would go right back to this home.

Lovely!

I rented this home for a group of family coming to Amelia for a wedding. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The floorplan is so spread out that everyone had privacy. We would definitely rent again.
