The management company was attentive and prompt with every concern and question we had. Their check in and check out instructions were well explained. Because we had three generations vacationing together, the two separate units were greatly appreciated. We will absolutely look to vacation there again!

Great place for a large family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the beach. Property was just as advertised. We would highly recommend this beach condo. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is a big plus.

Great family place

We rented both sides for our family of 17 (2 under 2). It was great having the 6 bathrooms! Coastal wave properties were excellent to work with. Great location.

Great Stay

My family went down to Fernandina for our family Vacation. The property was great. We enjoyed to location being close to eating spots, downtown and so close to the beach. We did not realize it was a duplex until we arrived but that was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay

Plenty of space for a big family

The property had six bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms are all spacious. The living rooms were great for our large party. Would stay here again.

Sprong break sun

Great Family Spot

We loved being on the ocean with our grandchildren. We didn't have to worry about crossing the road. The outdoor space was perfect to getting together. Having the two kitchens and living rooms was nice.

Enjoyed family beach trip!

The house was clean and well stocked. With a large family sometimes it can be loud, but in this split house it was Quixote as you could not hear other side nor hear from upstairs the crowd downstairs. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and the close walk to the beach. Great stay!

A great location. A place I can live at forever.

My family and my dog really enjoyed staying here. We spent a lot of time on the deck hanging out, playing music and BBQing. My dog spent most of the stay out on the deck. Great view. The ocean sounds from the bedroom were heavenly.

Ladies Tennis weekend

This was the perfect spot for a ladies get away! ocean front, everyone had their own room and bathroom! The adjoining decks made it so nice to get together and chat! Sunrise was beautiful!
