Kick back and relax in this cozy home tucked away in Vail from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just 30 minutes from downtown Tucson, where you can enjoy the quietness and beauty of the Sonoran desert. This 3 BR newly constructed home is fully stocked with an on site washing machine and dryer. Check out Colossal Cave or embrace the outdoors with a nearby hike. Afterwards relax with Netflix or sit out back and enjoy a fire with a breathtaking sunset and unobstructed mountain views.

On entrance you are welcomed by an open concept floor plan, large tile throughout with inviting area rugs in every room. Plenty of seating including a boho swivel papasan chair in the living room with a Roku 55" TV (Netflix included), also offered in the master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a versatile Keurig offering the ability for single pod or brewing. Enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea on the front patio or in the backyard with a fire pit and unobstructed mountain views.

Fun pops of color can be found in the bedrooms with our navy blue and desert green feature walls. Three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6 are situated in the back (green desert bedroom: 1 King with private full BR, navy bull bedroom: 1 Queen, light and airy bedroom: 1 Queen) . Are you a tummy, back or slide sleeper? Choose your favorite pillow, gusseted or luxury cooling gel pillow, offered for each guest. Enjoy a comfortable nights rest on your green tea infused, pressure relieving memory foam mattress and soft cotton sheets. Mirrors, spacious closets, lamps with USB ports, bamboo cordless shades, linen curtains, throws and bath towels can be found in each bedroom.

AZ. Get away

The house was very nice. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but quite a distance to restaurants. We were unhappy that we didn't get local tv stations or football games. We walked several trails and really enjoyed our stay. Sunsets and views were amazing.

Excellent stay in Tucson!

We really enjoy staying at Tori's house- this is our second stay in two years.- it is so clean, well decorated, and has everything we need for our stay. The bedrooms are large, the mattresses are very comfortable, dining room chairs are comfortable, there is enough cookware for making meals. We really like the location- the views from the house are gorgeous, and there are trails near the house for walking and birding. Plan to continue booking this house!!

Home away from home!

Beautiful Vail AZ Home

We had family stay in this home during our daughter's graduation. The home was close to our home and so convenient for our family to just be up the road when they wanted to get together with us. Victoria was great to work with during the whole process as we were booking. The stay was wonderful, everything was available that we needed. Communication was excellent during the whole stay and we will definitely rent this VRBO from Victoria in the future if we have more family visiting us! Excellent stay.

Stylish, clean, perfect for our needs

Victoria’s place was perfect for our needs. She was so responsive and helpful. The place is brand new and is very stylishly decorated. The kitchen is stocked very well compared to most small vacation homes. Little nice touches throughout. I loved the bath towels so much I asked where she got them and ordered them for myself! I was worried the tempurpedic type bed would be too firm but I slept great.

Excellent weekend stay!

10 out of 10! Pictures and write up were very accurate. House was easy to find. Everything was very clean (and basically brand new - I think it was built at the start of the current year). Bedrooms are large, as were the closets. Softest towels and bedding, lots of comfortable blankets and pillows. Good sized bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, storage containers for leftovers) and even some board games to pass the time with (when the storm hit and we were stuck indoors for the evening). The owner was extremely responsive and just lovely to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

A Gem to stay for New Tucson

I live close by in the neighborhood of this beautifully decorated home. My family stayed and felt like Victoria’s “ little extras “ like the snack and coffee basket , along with state of the art appliances, including laundry, ( laundry soap included) and just the cleanliness space! I also appreciate the owners prompt messaging when I booked . I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Desert getaway

Our stay was fun and relaxing at this property. Victoria has the place beautifully decorated cozy and nice with a southwestern flair, it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and organized. Check in / out was super easy, we would definitely come back again!! 5 stars to the whole experience!

Perfect home

Everything from booking, checking in, the stay and check out process was great. Victoria has taken the time to have a binder of attractions in the area and expectations for stay and check out. Highly recommend this home.the neighborhood is also wonderful, great for family evening walks and very quite.

My sister, Nicole Palese, is a real estate agent and came across this new construction home in October. My husband and I thought it was the perfect home to market as a short term rental.
