Overall the stay was great, we loved having two separate kitchens and living spaces. The pool area was amazing. Very relaxing and close to everything you need in town.

Everything was perfect for a little getaway with the family! Host was easy to communicate & answering back to back with any issue. They fixed everything we needed. Thank You Whale House!! Till next year for sure (:

The property was just as described if not better! We had an amazing vacation. The host was very easy to get ahold of and responded promptly to any messages/questions. We will definitely look into renting the Whale House again in the future.

We had an amazing time at this property for our family summer vacation. Very good location in the middle of everything and great amenities on the property as well. The kids loved the pool and having the dual kitchens came in clutch! We actually enjoyed the upstairs area more than downstairs, mostly due to the smell coming from the AC downstairs (this was mentioned in previous reviews, but wasn't a huge deal after the first few hours). The rooms were all very large and accommodating. Our only complaint was the amount of rats that would pass from off the side of the house and go over the pool via the string lights to get to the fields *yikes* but they were outside, not inside. Just freaked us out the first night! Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a large family vacation!

The host was excellent in responding to everything promptly. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing. The indoor decor was beautiful and beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels. The kitchen was lacking in high quality pans. With two kitchens, we ended up moving many kitchen accessories from up to down as there was not enough in either kitchen alone. It would be nice to have both kitchens fully equipped. Also the downstairs refrigerator did not work. The beach is a short walk and area safe with everything you will need for your vacation. Three generations enjoyed our stay.

I loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed that o cpuld walk to alot of shops and rental places to get a golf cart. Close to the beach. I really enjoyed the stay. My family loved the place

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. Our family of 10 was able to have separate bedrooms and all the beds were comfortable. House was clean. With some cooler days, the Hot tub and heated pool allowed us to still enjoy our time outdoors.

This house is AMAZING if you have a big group, especially with kids! The two living areas allow night owls to hang out after others go to bed, and the two kitchens had us tag-teaming a speedy meal. Made use of coffee pots in both! The pool was so fun, with many toys in the garage. Beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a small but fun playground in walking distance (Water Tower). The only thing I would advise is *not* to plan for walking kids to the beach as it's a good distance and involves crossing a busy road (adults could likely handle it). Instead park at/near one of the "public access" points, which was very easy and did not detract at all from our stay. Thank you to hosts who communicated VERY quickly!

Great vacation home

Property worked great for our multi-family vacation. Plenty of room and separate game space for teens. Pool and hottub was just what we wanted. Lots of local food choices close by.

Relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed having a beautiful private pool/spa. The beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly to questions. The Whale House had plenty of space for 8 adults/1 toddler.
