Welcome to the freshly updated, tropical decorated and luxury furnished beach condo! Corner unit with awesome ocean view, private beach access, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and centrally located on the island. Walking distance to restaurants and stores! Preview it with the reviews, pictures, and video.

If you have more than 10 people, book 2 units (second and third floor) from us if available. You can have a big group of up to 20 people. Each unit holds up to 10 people.

Kitchen is fully stocked (It has everything you need to cook!) and with white cabinets, a glass mosaic backsplash and a black granite countertop, black stainless-steel appliances.

Living area with a 55” wall mount flat TV and DVD. A queen sleeper sofa, a Frances fabric push-back recliner, a leather recliner, and 3 comfortable fabric accent chairs.

Dining area with a 7-pieces wooden expandable dining table and chairs. 4 black wooden bar stools are ready for you to enjoy the wine that just cooled in the wine cooler (yes, the unit has a wine cooler). A highchair for young parents!

Waking up with the sea wave and sunrise on the master bedroom with a high-end king size wooden bed and a 50” wall mount flat TV. A roll away bed for an extra guest.

Guest bedroom with a high-end wooden queen bed and a 39” wall mount flat TV. A crib for young parents!

Kids bedroom with a full size bed and a twin-size bed and a 32” wall mount flat TV.

Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom, living room. Watch the sea wave and sunrise while kids playing in the swimming pool and the hot tub.

WIFI and TV cable services are included. Suntide II amenities: a beach side pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a BBQ area.

Great property, and excellent location!

Property maintenance is excellent, unit is as described in the pictures. Property manager communication was prompt and always responding within the minute. The amenities within complex made the stay complete.

Property was suitable overall. There were not many supplies in the unit upon arrival — no extra trash bags in the kitchen, no paper towels, no shampoo/conditioner, no dish washing soap and no working smoke detectors. The owner did respond promptly to my text and housekeeping brought over a small bottle of dish washing soap. As indicated in the listing, parking is proved for one vehicle on site. Street parking was VERY LIMITED and especially hard to find over the weekend. Also, pay particular attention to the listing. There in not a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was very quiet. We were not bothered by noise from pool or from guests walking past the room.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The building is a bit dated, but the property itself is maintained. The owner was very prompt in communication when a minor issue occurred and was incredibly kind throughout the stay. You can't beat the location! Steps from the beach and a great swimming pool that was cleaned each morning.

Beautiful view!!

Fall two week stay. Condo was sufficient for our stay. Nice view & Pool was heated. Friendly guests staying at condo. Enjoyed our time on the island.

David’s peoperty

This is the second year we stay in David’s condo and this has become our go to place. Everything was great. The blind from the window by the door came of the wall from one of the hooks falling but that didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. The only thing we would suggest is an actual crib sheet for the crib as it only had a sheet placed over it. Again not a big deal we went and bought one which we can always use. Highly recommend his condo. The upgrades were nice too.

Thank you so kindly for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Kitchen was stocked nicely, just wished we could have had a broom to help keep up with the sand throughout the area. We do not like leaving a “mess” and would have liked to have been able to sweep throughout prior to checking out. Pictures are on point, for anyone looking to rent close to pool side be prepared to hear all music and shenanigans in pool area. Nothing too crazy or extremely late but there was some party days… 😉

As usual, we had fun! Only problem was two of the TVs didnt work, one had no sound and the other had no picture. But we made do. Overall, everything was great!

Perfect location and beautiful views and prettiest Beach access at Padre

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely condo. It was perfect for our annual wedding anniversary trip and it was a hit with our teens aged 20, 16 and 13. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the living and dining area and master. Our kids loved being able to head out to the beach and come back at lunch for a swim. I was able to enjoy dinner with my family while watching the kids swim in the ocean from the kitchen table. The condo is nicely updated and was very clean. It was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked it was with all the utensils that you would need for cooking. It was also very conveniently located to several nearby restaurants. Parking can be limited so it was great to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants for dinner and. It worry about losing our parking space. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach with one beach access on property through the pool area and also the condo is right next to the gorgeous butterfly beach access with a lovely butterfly garden. It was such a pretty walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and well maintained. My sister was visiting from overseas and rented another condo on the 5th floor for her family and my parents who are elderly. They enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch our kids swim at the beach and in the pool even though they could not make it to the beach themselves due to mobility issues. We would highly recommend this property and will book again!

The unit was not that clean, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The housekeeper never responded to the dirty dishes being placed in the cabinet. The parking is horrible, there should be at least two dictated parking spots to a unit. There was overbooking in scheduling. I paid and booked the unit, and some other people were granted access to the unit at the same time that was reserved for me and my family. The host was kind of dismissive about the situation, which was not cool. DO Better!!!

On the beach

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Right on the beach and great for daytime retreats from the heat. All the amenities of home and more. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Will definitely book here again!

Overall the experience was good. The place was a little dirty. There were some stains on the furniture and not all of the dishes were clean. Overall would stay again though for the price.

Beachfront Family Condo with Everything You Need

This is a great condo. Right on the beach and overlooking the glowing heated pool and hot tub. Comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Host is very helpful and responsive.

Property was a great find for a family of 6 really enjoyed the condo as well as the extra amenities. David was more than accommodating helping us through a few issues. Would stay here again.
