Our family had a wonderful time on our annual get together. The property was beautiful and accommodated us all very nicely. The location was great, just across the street from the beach access. The host was very nice and the communication was excellent. I would recommend this property as Super High. We hope to have the opportunity to get together again as a family at this property for years to come. Thank you.

Great location to the beach. The elevator was a game changer for me and my wheelchair. I was able to get to all 3 levels. My wheelchair is 24” so I was able to get to everything. Scott, the owner, was great. He said I could move a bed if needed to make it more wheelchair accessible. It was tight in some places but we made it work. I brought a shower chair and shower wand and installed them on the main floor. He said I could leave them there for the next person. The location to the beach was really easy, just walk up and over the boardwalk. We had really bad weather, but still made it over to the beach. The city has some wheelchair mats that would normally take you all the way to the beach from the boardwalk, but the weather was so bad they put them up.

Perfect spot for family reunion. Across the street from beach so easy to go back and forth as needed. Well equipped to cook for family for all meals. Lots of space to spread out. Excellent AC. The owner, Scott was easy to communicate with from start to finish. 10 out of 10 rating. We’ll be back. Thanks for great time

This was an amazing house, right across the street from the beach. I do believe it should be noted that the apartment is not attached so you'll have to walk around to access it, but it was no problem. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would love to return!

Thanks for the wonderful review, we were so glad to have your faimily visit! To clarify for future guests - the lower floor / apartment is indeed part of the home. It is the bottom floor. Access, however, is made by a private door on side of home. This creates a separate space for families seeking additional privacy from the main group, or for the teens and kids.

Scott & Jessica were excellent hosts and were quick to respond to any questions. The home is as described and our party enjoyed our stay at the home. The beds were comfortable. Being across the street from the beach was wonderful.

This is a great property and we had a fantastic time! The property manager was very responsive and attentive. You can't beat this proximity to the beach and the house is very spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

My entire family enjoyed our stay! Scott and Jessica were quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the trip. The home is beautiful and very spacious! We will definitely be staying there again. Home is just feet from the beach and the view is beautiful!!

Beach Vacation

Very nice property but could use some minor updates. Location is perfect on the island located close to many attractions and the beach access is excellent. Owners are very friendly and responsive to your needs and requests and are quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future.

Scott and Jessica’s home was absolutely amazing. It offered plenty of space for our large group, and the location, just steps from the beach and close to everything, was perfect. They were incredibly hospitable offering great recommendations for activities and places to eat, and even checking in on us during our stay. We highly recommend staying here. It’s a gem you don’t want to miss out on in SPI.

This was the perfect home for our first trip to South Padre. Our extended family of 7 had a great time. Everyone loved having their own bedroom with ensuite baths, two living areas to hang out and a large dining table for great meals and games. The location had across the street beach access. Even the several days that high winds kept us mostly indoors didn’t take away from a relaxing vacation. Hosts were exceptional and made sure our stay was stress free. Definitely a 10/10 stay. Great Location

House, parking, location, and view of Gulf just cross the street is just what we were looking for. Very relaxing. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay but the owner was very responsive. Good time had by all.

Great place for family / perfect gateway

I had a fantastic stay great place. The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything required. The location is great and next to beach and it was easy to get around the area. Scott is a great host very responsive, helpful, and respectful of privacy. check in and check out were smooth and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area and I'd be very happy to stay here again in the future.

The house was a perfect set up to host my extended family during our trip for a celebration of life of a loved one who is from the Valley. Scott was very helpful when we arrived to help us figure out the nuances of the house that had ample space for our group during the weekend. The rooms were perfect as we had mostly adults so everyone could have their own bed, but also offered a few bunks when needed for two of our under 7 crowd. Excellent location across from the beach and found a few shops and restaurants in walking distance so we could minimize having to drive for 14 people.

Perfect spot for a large group!

Our large family absolutely Loved staying at the castle for our week! What a wonderful spot for everyone! Plenty of space (had a couple or family in every room), and spaces for both privacy and for gathering all together! Loved being able to enjoy the waves either right from the front porch, or just a short walk across the street So many wonderful memories made :)

South padre multi family vacation

Great house and great location. House was as described. A short 3 minute walk to the beach. Was very clean and well maintained. Main house and lower apartment currently do not connect without going outside. Great house for multiple families to enjoy.

We sure are happy to hear that you all enjoyed the stay at our South Padre home. Thankfully, the new Beach Access renovation (directly across the street from us) will be complete in September 2024. We'll be back to having good ol' lightning fast beach access! Hope ya'll decide to come back for another visit someday :-)

Padres Best Bargain!!

We had a group of 18 stay in this house and we had plenty of room. Very nice house with great amenities. The host (Scott) was the best of the best. He communicated before and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this luxury house within walking distance to the beach!!

Beautiful Beach House!!

This house is perfect for EVERYONE! My family and I had an amazing vacation, the space was perfect for all our grandbabies, to play in. Our adult kids loved the private bathrooms and the space. The floor plan is perfect! We will be renting this property as often as we can. Don't miss out! Its perfect!!

Perfect Beach House for a Family Getaway!We had an amazing time at this beach house in South Padre! It was the ideal spot for our family gathering of 12 mainly adults but with kids and infants — spacious, clean, and just steps away from the beach. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together in the large living and dining areas.The kitchen has the smallest details accounted for like seasonings which was a huge help. Everyone loved the easy beach access only 30 seconds from front door.We’ve stayed in a few beach rentals, and this one was easily rhe best. The host was super responsive and thoughful in communication which made everything really easy.
