Beautiful ocean view

Beautiful unit! We had to clean back porch as it was so dirty from Storm. It never seems to be cleaned when unit is. A sweep and little wipe down would be nice. Unit is so beautiful and we love sitting outside. A blanket for the beds would be nice to.

Beautiful Condo

Our family of four enjoyed our stay tremendously! The beds were comfortable, the furniture and decor was beautiful, and it had everything you could possibly need!! 5 stars for sure! Looking forward to returning soon!

stunning

The condominium is exquisitely decorated and beautiful. We had never stayed on the first floor before, but we enjoyed the patio area - very secluded and spacious, and it felt almost like being on the beach, with views over the dunes to the water. Check-in and check-out are always a breeze with Mock's, and this trip did not disappoint. We love Ocean Place and Amelia Island!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom

The condo was truly the prettiest that we've stayed in over the past 10 years or so. It was quiet, easy to get in/out of, and we loved how the 2nd bedroom was set up for our teen and tween. I would have given it a 5 star but it needs extra blankets, extra pillowcases for the extra pillows in the master, and more of the thicker blue/white towels vs. the thin, tiny white ones.

Perfect Week in Perfect Place

Beautiful, upgraded condo. Spacious and so comfortable for our family (2 adults and 2 toddlers). Ground floor with amazing view. Easy access to pool and beach walkway. The beds in all rooms were insanely comfortable. Kitchen and both baths beautifully upgraded. Perfect in all ways! We will be back!

Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Fantastic location. Nice views for a ground level Unit. Kitchen could use a non stick skillet. Otherwise, had everything we needed.

Beautiful Ocean front condo

Beautiful renovated condo on beach! Love sitting on the porch watching the ocean! Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. unit needs better pillows, blankets for beds, fabric furniture in den and coverlets on bed need a good wash! A full length mirror in master bedroom or both bedrooms would be nice. Light from tvs and other appliances lights up all rooms. Hard for sleep. Need mask to block out light. We love renting this unit!

Five Star

This is a great unit! Beautiful with plenty of space. We loved having the storage unit where we could drop off our beach chairs, etc which kept the sand out of the unit! Also, plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc are provided. Loved all the space in the kitchen and the full pantry. We would highly recommend this unit. We loved how much patio space there was and plenty of chairs and table to sit outside and have a meal. Our only recommendations would be to add a chest of drawers to the 2nd bedroom to provide space to store clothes. Also, the start up supplies were very limited.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place 73. The location, view and overall ambience of the condo were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we found the kitchen to be appointed with everything we needed. We rented comfortable beach chairs each day which were delivered directly to the beach and picked up at the end of the day. I’d give a 5 star rating if the towels were better and if we were left with more than a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and another couple of tablets for laundry and dishwashing. We will be back!

Beautiful Unit

A great week in Amelia! We have been going for 40 plus years. This is the most beautiful unit we have stayed. Love the updated colors and features. I had hoped the ground unit would be a straight shot to the beach- but you do have to go around through the pool. The great storage closet outside the front door for all the beach stuff makes up for it. :) We will be back!

Terrific unit!

The unit overall was wonderful. There were a few minor issues that got resolved quickly (hot water in kitchen and handheld shower knobs). The renovations are beautiful and well done. The few downsides was such little seating in the living room. My family of 4 had to squeeze on couch at night for movie nights because the accent chairs weren't comfortable. The sofa was also stained which is disappointing for the price of the unit. The other was not having a table to sit down at to eat on the patio. We made it work But a table is nice for lunch and dinner outside. Overall loved it and nice feature of being on ground floor! If being on ground floor.

Somewhat disappointing

We chose this unit because the kitchen and bathrooms had been redone and that part looked great. Otherwise, a very disappointing unit. Kitchen was okay. There was 1 wine glass and an assortment of mismatched other glasses. Bedding did not fit the mattress and there was only sheet and bedspread, no blanket, throws, etc. We had to take bedspread from the second bedroom to use as a blanket. Furniture in the living area appeared very dirty. For probably $200-$300 in a Target or Walmart this unit could have been a whole lot better.

Ocean Place

It was nice, only downfall would be the shower water does not get hot. It is lukewarm, and the towels are horrible. They leave shedding's all over after you get out. Other than that it is a nice view and clean.

Great unit and ocean view

We loved our time in Amelia Island and the unit was exactly as described and in the pictures. Very clean and spacious - perfect for 2 couples. We could watch the sunrise every morning from the back patio (and living room). The host was on top of everything, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Happy Place

Beautiful Renovated Beach Front Condo. Unit is redone and furnished nice. Starting to show a little wear and tear sofa and couch. Probably needs a good cleaning is all. . Building seemed very quiet and well maintained! So peaceful sitting on porch and watching the waves. Close walk to Ritz. Very close to grocery, liquor store and restaurants. Love Location! Kitchen could be furnished a little better. But nice minimalist and clean. Modern appliances small and large. Would love access to some blankets for bed. So many pillows in master closet. Needed a little more room for items for a long stay. Pool is okay. Long Walk to beach. No ramps - all stairs. Love Amelia Island and Ocean Place
