Perfect location with short walk to the beach, easy drive to Fort Clinch Park and downtown Fernandina shops and restaurants.

The house was so nice and clean when we arrived. We love the close access to the beach. And dining options are a walk away. Also, just a short drive to the historic downtown area. Warm friendly people and beautiful weather made for an awesome time. We will be back again soon.

Perfect location!

We had a comfortable stay at this property. It was nicely appointed, and very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the proximity to the adorable downtown area.

Yes! This home is excellently situated, SO close to the beach but also the Main Beach park with the restaurants and park areas, yet in the quiet north island area! We really enjoyed having you as our guests and would love to have you stay with us again!

Great Location

You can sit on the deck and see and hear the ocean. Deck is gated so dogs loved hanging out there.

Great Location and Perfect for Small Family

The place was great. Super clean and well equipped. It was about 100 yards from the beach so it made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It was a perfect size for our family of three and our two labs.

Awesome Beach Cottage

Perfect for a couple. Short distance to the beach, yummy restaurants and historic downtown Fernandina. House has everything you need. This was our third time to stay in the house! Looking forward to our next visit.

Just right

Just the right size for our family of four. It was a close walk to a beautiful beach and downtown Fernandina was close by with lots of nice restaurants. We would definitely return!

Beach fix

We had a great time. The beach was a very short walk and we had a view from our deck. Restaurants also within walking distance. Dog friendly and so is the beach. Bike path is also close by.

Decent place. Nice ocean view

Decent cottage near the beach with a nice ocean view. Only problem is the master bedroom mattress is a chiropractic nightmare. Other than that we liked the cottage.
