This beautifully furnished 3rd-floor unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, and another king-size bed in the second bedroom. Spare linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

Fantastic!

Great location on the beach and the sunrise views from the porch are spectacular! The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms.

Love Ocean Place 12!!

We love this condo! The kitchen is well equipped; very comfortable furnishings and beds. Walk in showers are spacious and easy to use and appreciated the safety rail. The balcony seating was also very comfortable. Looking forward to next time!

We had a wonderful stay!

The condo at Ocean Place 12 was perfect for us! It is clean and nicely appointed with all the modern conveniences. There is plenty of room for two couples with two bedrooms and two full baths. And Mock Rentals' maintenance person, Mark, was super-helpful when a member of our group accidentally dropped a precious earring down the bathroom drain. Mark came to our place quickly and removed the earring from the trap.

Beautiful place on the ocean, we sat on the porch for hours watching the waves and sunrise each morning. Place was spotlessly clean, new kitchen and bathrooms, nicely decorated and comfortable for relaxing.

Great stay with a great view!

Really enjoyed the stay. Check in and check out we're super easy. The view was awesome! Comfortable beds, easy access to the pool and beach. Really nice! Only thing that was a bit frustrating is that the WiFi was a bit lagging. The TVs would distort quite frequently. Other than that, excellent stay!

Ocean Place 12 is so welcoming and comfortable. We have been visiting this condo for years and absolutely love it. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and we enjoy cooking and dining on the balcony. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, the walk in showers are roomy. A great place to stay!

My wife and I always enjoy our stay at Ocean Place, whether short stay or a month. We having been staying at Ocean Place for many years. The condo was immaculate and relaxing. We will definitely return to Ocean Place… our other home.

We loved this condo at Ocean Place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable with excellent views of the ocean and beach. The only downside was there was major construction going on in the unit above us for a couple of the days we were there, and the drilling prevented us from being in the condo much. New sheets are suggested for both beds to make them more comfortable. It was very nice having two king beds though. We would definitely stay here again!
