This home was built in downtown Grand Haven, Michigan in 2019. King's Harbor is a couple blocks from local farmers market, a few blocks from shopping and entertainment and 1.5 miles from relaxing on the beach. Ride your bike or walk anywhere in town from this beautiful home. The main floor includes a great room, full kitchen. Main floor laundry with commercial capacity washer and dryer stocked with laundry soap and fabric sheets. A half bath. A master suite bedroom with a king sleep number bed. Master bedroom has a full master bath with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs you will enjoy a second living area with full office space if you must work, a full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each of the three bedrooms has a T.V. with full cable. Each bathroom has a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Enjoy sitting on the front porch, or a private back patio with room to grill, and enjoy the outdoors. Walk or ride a complimentary bike and enjoy the town. This home has everything you need for a family get away or grab some friends and take that trip.

Awesome property, location and small town. We explored other small towns-including Holland and Muskegon. VERY well equipped VRBO. Best we've ever had. Great breweries!

Really great home!

The house was very clean and large enough to accommodate 5 adults. It’s close to dining options including just a 15 minute walk to downtown. Fully stocked including beach chairs and bicycles. We would definitely stay there again!

Last minute getaway

The host supplied everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. The house was very homey and clean. My family had a fantastic time.

Lonzo-McCay family vacation

Everything was exceptional! The home was beautiful, centrally located to downtown, restaurants and entertainment. We loved that there were 4 nice bicycles for our use. Beautiful back patio and lovely front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for a great week.

Great house in Grand Haven

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. It is a great location with a local bakery and restaurant within close walking distance. This was our second summer staying here, and we loved it both stays!

Wonderful home

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was clean and well equipped. The pictures in the listing are accurate. It was so comfortable that even my father-in-law complimented it. Great location as well. I absolutely recommend this rental!

The Reviews Are In - And right!

I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but I was proved wrong. This home is impeccably maintained, had every amenity we needed and all within walking distance to downtown Grand Haven. Check-in/check-out was very easy and everything was well explained and documented. We definitely look forward to booking again!

Pet friendly get away

We enjoyed our stay with our dog. The property was great, and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house is within walking distance to many places in Grand Haven.

Well stocked home, walkable to Downtown

We really enjoyed our time at this property for a 4 day getaway to Grand Haven. While not on the beach, this property is close enough to everything that you can walk to coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and downtown Grand Haven, which was super convenient. Great communication from hosts and check in/out process super easy.

Perfect Summer Vacation Home

Our family of 5 had a great summer weekend vacation in Grand Haven at this home! It is clean, well-kept, and has all the things we needed for a fun summer vacation. We loved spending time on the front & back porch as well as playing card games at the dining table. We also enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the beach-all within a short distance. We would stay here again!

One of the best places we have stayed

If you are going to be in Grand Haven and need a place to stay, this would be the place to stay. Excellent on everything. They supplied us with bikes and even got us an extra bike within the hour of asking. Everyone loved it. The host was very responsive and polite. Loved this place and wished we could have stayed another week. Location was great as well. This goes down as the best VRBO ever.

Excellent property in a convenient location. The house was clean, updated and had special touches like beautiful landscape, hanging pots and comfortable bedding. The host was kind and quick to respond. Five stars all the way around.

Fit for a King!

We decided to take my 88 year old mom back to the town she grew up in. Rather than stay at relatives, we rented here and what a wonderful decision that was. Communications both before and after the rental were great. But the house was what really stood out. It is new and beautiful. A large open floor plan made it so convenient to have family over. And the master suite on the first floor meant no steps for mom. The location was also stellar. So convenient to walk downtown, to the musical fountain, the beach, or even the lighthouse. Nothing but the best to say about this wonderful home.

Perfect location and home for a getaway

Our stay at the home was outstanding. Pictures we completely accurate. The home itsself, was a perfect location . Resturants, bakeries and ice cream shop were a 3 minute walk. You could walk to downtown Grand Haven. We had a great time relaxing ouside and we seen dear walking through yard every evening. The home had everything you could need and Beds were comfy and house was very clean. It wont disappoint! We would stay the nextime we are in Grand Haven.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay in this home. It is a fantastic home, one I would be proud to call my own. Wonderfully decorated. Very clean. Great location, convenient to so many things. Ericka was wonderful to deal with, especially when I had a last minute request regarding our reservation. Great communication. Would happily stay here again.

Family trip

House is amazing, beautiful, clean, fully equipped and located close to town a little walk or short bike ride, it came with 4 bikes, we had an amazing trip with our children 22, 19, 16, my kids say this is their favorite vacation spot and they love the house, we rode bikes to beach to watch sunset most nights and stopped on the way back to watch musical fountain and have ice cream, bringing our dogs made the trip, the best ever!! ❤️

Beautiful new construction

This home is a winner. Clean, spacious and in a great part of Grand Haven. Ericka has thought of everything to make a visit complete. Very favorable policies regarding pets and check out too. Quite responsive on the only minor issue with the garage door key pad. Addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the property to anyone.

Wonderful Accommodations!

My family loved staying at this property for our trip - so much attention to detail allowed us to have everything we needed on hand, and more! Super spacious, super clean, and wonderfully maintained. It was appreciated to have this type of stay, and definitely added joy to our trip. We will consider this property for any future trip, hands down!

Fantastic home

This is our second time and it was just as great as the first time. Very clean and you really feel like you are at home. They have everything you need, even an umbrella for our rainy day. Great hosts and we plan to come again next summer. Thanks for a beautiful home!
