From the condo, you’re a short drive from marinas, shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. Don’t worry about parking when you get back—two spots are included with your stay!

Inside, you’ll find tiled flooring throughout, as well as inspiring wall art and lofty ceilings. Laundry appliances are close to the entryway, and a well-equipped kitchen is straight ahead. The kitchen features a full suite of appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker, a stove/oven, and a dishwasher. Eat at the two-seat breakfast bar, or at a dining table with seating for four. The dining area also offers a glass-top table with room for six. In the living area, relax on the couch or wicker chairs, or get really comfy in the recliner and ottoman. A wall-mounted 65' LG 4K HD smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player and DISH Network lets you catch up on favorite shows or watch a movie.

The living area has access to the stunning balcony through a sliding glass door. Take in sublime 180-degree views of the beach. Lose track of time as you lounge on the pair of chairs, or dine alfresco at the patio table for four.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, with direct access to the Gulf-view balcony an en-suite bathroom. Relax in the king bed and enjoy the 50” flat-screen TV, also equipped with a Blu-ray player and Dish TV. The tiled en-suite master bathroom has a marble vanity, and a glass walk-in shower. The beach-themed guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin bed, plus a bunk bed (sleeps four). Watch the 32' flat-screen TV, equipped with a Blu-ray player and Dish Network. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a 32' flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-ray player. Not quite ready for bed? Sit back on the love seat and make plans for tomorrow. Ceiling fans and central AC keep the home cool and comfortable throughout.

Balcony construction will be occurring from September 18, 2023, until May 17, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and balconies may not be accessible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
