Beautiful beachfront views this condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all beautifully updated. The complex is family friendly with lots of amenities: outdoor pool, spa, indoor heated pool, gym and tennis/pickleball court.
We have fabulous views of the beach and pool from the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom from the 8th floor. There are TVs in every bedroom, wireless internet, and the kitchen has everything you might need.
There is always something to do in Orange Beach, Alabama including the beautiful beaches, OWA amusement park, The Wharf, and the Track are always fun for kids of all ages! We are minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
With only 82 units and 2 elevators, you can enjoy the beach without the crowd. We love being here and we know you will too! Come enjoy some fun in the sun!!

Everyone loved the condo and the easy walk to the beach. The property is very well taken care of and communication was great. 10 out of 10 would recommend and revisit. The worst part was having to leave.

We had a great time! Condo was nice, spacious and convenient. Security was very friendly. Pools were amazing as well as the close beach access. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on coming back next year for another visit.

Took the family down to OB for the week and this place was great! Easy to get in and out and nothing was lacking. Hope to stay here every year.

Lovely Getaway

This property was everything I expected. Clean, located within walking distance of everything that was needed. Check in was easy and property owner responded promptly to all my questions. Top of the line would definitely book this again!!!

Amazing Getaway

Great vacation, condo was as advertised, owner was prompt and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway vacation for our family. You will love this condo and location!!

We liked the layout of this condo. Our kids and grandkids had their pub rooms with a bath.

Perfect for safety and cleanliness when bringing grandchildren to the ocean. The pools and grounds were pristine. The apartment, easily accessible and we all fit on the large balcony for dinner or games.

Everything was just as listing described. Theresa was amazing and very quick with responses when we had questions. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely make plans to return in the future. We had zero issues and thoroughly enjoyed our week!

End of summer blast!

Everything was first rate and thoroughly enjoyable! We love the OB area and this was right in middle of all we enjoy! Hope to return again soon!

First, I'll say this 3 bdrm/2 bath property was extremely clean and the check in process was very smooth! Also, the pool area turned out to be extremely nice and very large even though the photos were blurry! My husband and I rented the unit with our two adult daughters, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren under 3. The reasons for my 3 STAR review instead or 5 are the following: 1). There is no foyer upon entering the unit (poor design/layout). When you open the door to walk in you are immediately in the very small kitchen. No extra space and no hooks on the walls for purses, coolers, etc and no where to put shoes, toys, bags, pool accessories. (in fact, no hooks anywhere except the back of the bathroom door.) 2). The entire unit is smaller than the photos suggest. (I wish listings required square footage) 3). All of the living area furniture was EXTREMELY worn and uncomfortable. 4). The hall bathroom, shared by 5 people, was TINY! No way to lay out toiletries, towels, etc. Bathroom necessities had to be carried back and forth from the bedrooms each time. The master bathroom was a little larger but not by much. 5). The beds were very worn and uncomfortable. Beds had makeshift foam toppers which were cut too small for the size of the beds. There was no 2nd side table in the single queen room so I had to lay my phone, water, etc. on the floor because my husband slept on the side with the only table. Would not rent again just due to these nuisances and comfort issues.

We enjoyed our stay

Everything was just as it was listed. We loved the change from the beaches we were used to. We loved the layout of the condo and Teresa stayed in touch with us when we had questions. I would stay here again.

Snowbird 2025

We stayed from Feb. 1 to April 12. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with most all the tools you would ever need. The beach views are wonderful and beach access is easy.

Great place to stay!! Wonderful vacation!!

We loved staying here! The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. Beach views and access were wonderful! The only negative was not enough hot water. Everything else was wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!!

So relaxing!

We stayed at Theresa’s place for a short trip as a family before our youngest left for college. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted! Very clean and plenty of room for our group of 5. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We enjoyed staying there so much and plan to go back this summer!

Enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our month in the condo in Orange Beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and there were great views from the balcony. Theresa made check-in so easy and has the condo decorated really nicely. Friends that stopped by commented on how our place was so much nicer that places they were staying in. We also loved the building hot tub and pool.

Exactly what we expected

Pictures tell it all. Very clean, beds comfy, location perfect, and plenty of security on site. Will definitely go back and stay longer. Great place for kids and very close to the beach. Condo was PERFECT

Fantastic and Fun!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! First off, the condo was exactly as advertised, no surprises! It was beautifully decorated to give the full beach experience and was immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We had the perfect view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and enjoyed many of our meals taking in the breathtaking view. We had such a great time and would definitely visit again!

Family Beach Vacation summer 2024

The condo was exactly as described. Overall the property was well maintained and had everything we needed. We had our 4 kids with us and they loved the indoor pool and hot tub at night. The owners communicated well above expectations. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for the Family!

We loved our stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The condo was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The pools at White Caps were beautiful and we loved being able to walk right onto the beach. Theresa was also very helpful and was prompt with her responses when we had to communicate with her. My family and I highly recommended staying here!

Great Location, Great Ocean Views.

The property was everything they said it would be . Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, large balcony. We had 4 adults & 3 children (10-15 yrs) staying in the condo and it was very comfortable. Perfect location, with shopping and restaurants walkable. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! It was a great spring break week for our family.
