The property was clean. The view was very beautiful not to mention a panoramic. The beach was clean and full of shells. Was eye level with a beach buzz from the blue angels. Best breakfast across street. Shops were walking distance. Will stay again.

great views

The condo had amazing views. Furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice to have beach chairs provided.

Beautiful view

Wonderful stay. Very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Beautiful view. Worth the extra $$ to stay in this corner unit. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect spot for a small group!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was SO clean when we arrived which is so relieving! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and lunches. The furniture is cozy, they have puzzles for rainy days, and the building is great! Very clean pool which is always nice. I recommend this place for anyone with a small family or a friends trip.

Communicative host. The process to register/pre-check-in was a bit tedious but straightforward. The condo was spacious for our group of 6 adults and one child. The view is amazing. Loved having access to pools, a hot tub and the beach in the back with two beach chairs and one umbrella rental included, and appreciated the extra umbrellas provided in the laundry room. The kitchen was fully stocked and the fridge has a working ice machine. Laundry was available but the dryer prob needs to be replaced as it took several times to dry items (not overloaded). Plenty of bath towels but make sure to bring your own beach towels. We flew in, but luckily met my family member who drove down with extra beach towels. There were a few boogie boards and beach toys our child enjoyed. Location is awesome — within walking distance of multiple restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, convenience stores, and liquor stores. The building and area felt very safe. No issues with noise even with an active construction site next door! Would stay again.

Great Fall Beach Stay

The view from our 12th floor condo was incredible! The three bedroom place was very accommodating for our group of 5. Check-in and out was easy. Easy access to everything fun right outside the building. Beds were comfy too. It was such a quiet and peaceful stay. It’s our 2nd time at this building and we’d definitely stay a third.

Wonderful

The bathrooms need new shower curtains (moldy), but the view!!! A million dollar view!!!

Great location

The location is amazing. The overall property is very nice. The people that live there and work there are very welcoming. The down fall was the floors were very dirty. There are no cleaning supplies.

Great stay

Very nice view. The only complaint I have is that there was a strong Marijana smell from time to time while sitting on the balcony. I couldnt enjoy the balcony when it happened

Perfect location.

The condo is in a great location. The property management staff and beach chair staff were amazing. The only drawbacks were the cleanliness of the floors and how well the entry key pads to the property worked. We were not the only guests having issues with them.

Excellent View! Beautiful Condo!

The view in the room could not have been any better! You can see the ocean and the bay. Panoramic views. Extremely spacious. Property management was friendly and excellent at keeping in communication with us from the day we booked, to the day before checkin, check in day, during our stay and after. I didn’t love the bedspreads. Kind of paperthin but that’s personal preference and literally the only complaint I have! Pools were great, hot tub, beach access and you can walk to restaurants and shops!

Thanksgiving in Pensacola

We always come to Pensacola for Thanksgiving and this was our first time at this property. Pros: The views are fantastic from this condo, and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We loved sitting outside on the balcony, there is comfortable seating with pillows. The furniture inside was also very comfortable and nice! Full size washer and dryer! Cons: This condo sleeps 8 people (3 queen beds and 1 king bed) but there were only 6 large dinner plates when we went to set the table for Thanksgiving . We found some smaller plates to use. (other than that the kitchen had plenty of glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc) Please note that the TV in the family room is very small. Most of the time that we were there it was cold and rainy so we spent time inside watching football and movies.

The condo building was great and the access to main shopping and dining areas. The views from room were stunning. The beds were very uncomfortable. The floor wasn’t very clean. There was a lack of towels in the unit.

Nice stay

Beautiful view and location. A little sparse with dishes and pots and pans. The master tv would not turn on. Overall a very nice vacation.
