We absolutely loved our stay here and it was way beyond our expectations. Perfect location for some Fall hiking, super clean, cozy and and everything you could need. Mark was so communicative and also provided great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Would recommend this place to anyone! Mark was a great host and gave suggestions on where to go for food/drinks. The views from the cabin are incredible!

The property was larger than expected and spread out nicely. The river is beautiful with different wildlife everyday. The trail entrance being next to the property was an added bonus.

We’ve stayed at this cabin three times now, and each visit has been better than the last. The owners clearly take pride in the property, making small but meaningful improvements every year. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the White Mountains, and the beautiful river just steps from the cabin is ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Cabin was as advertised. Beautifully furnished, clean and very well stocked with every kitchen item you could ever need. Location was amazing, the river and the rapids were so peaceful. Close to lots of hiking trails and waterfalls. Would love to return!

Everything about our stay at Lower Falls cabin was perfect! It was immaculate and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and accessible for our getaway weekend! We can’t wait to come again.

I never leave reviews for our stays, but this place marked all the boxes. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Location is awesome, view of the river from every room. Very clean and well equipped for all our needs. Fishing was good, caught a few brook trout, can fish all along the Lower falls trail. The falls are a short walk down the trail. Highly recommend Nonah,s Kitchen and Reklis brewing. Will defiantly be back for another stay. 5 stars!!

Perfect cabin in the woods for a winter get away! Very clean, warm with all the amenities. Loved gas heated stove, the quiet area and close proximity to skiing. Mark was also reachable if needed. Will definitely stay again!

Mark is the epitome of what every good host should be. He was extremely communicative and we felt very comfortable in his home. It is absolutely perfect for small families for ski weekends or Summer adventures in the White Mountains. Mark gives great recommendations for good eats, activities, etc. so you don’t even have to think about a thing while on vacation. We will absolutely be back at one of Mark’s properties in the future.

Beautiful cabin right next to a walking trail. Close to everything like the cog railway, restaurants, and more. Cabin was so cozy & CLEAN! Mark was an awesome host who answered any questions I had & even gave us great dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back in the future!

Loved the remodeled cabin. It was perfect for our stay. The location was perfect. Listening to the river while relaxing outside was just what we needed. Added bonus of walking trail by the river.

Beautiful and great location.

This was a beautiful property. Just a short walk from some beautiful falls. The house was perfect for us and the views were wonderful. Great location near wonderful hiking trails. Property owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Great house near Bretton Wood

The house was fabulous. Very cozy and well renovated. Only a few minutes from Bretton Wood for skiing.
