Newly Renovated, Downtown Home with Lake Views

Newly renovated, historic home with modern features and designs. Our home is located in downtown Burlington and features a wall of windows with spectacular lake and mountain views. The Lake Champlain waterfront, Battery Park and downtown Church Street are a short 10-15 minute walk away. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.

We all live fairly close by and one of us can be around in the event that something is needed, but we give our guests their space.

The home is located in a tight-knit, quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk down to the waterfront (going down pedestrian only Depot Street). There is an amazing coffee shop just a couple of minutes away on foot called Scout. They serve up delicious coffee, ice cream, cookies, and pastries.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views.

It was the perfect place for a friend getaway. The location was great, 15 walk to the harbor for some outside activities. Parking was easy too. The hosts were easy to get a hold of when there was a minor water issue and they were very responsive in their attempts to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Girls' getaway

Location was excellent, loved the views of the lake and sunsets. It took us a few tries to figure out the lighting and AC, but we mostly succeeded.

Family wedding

This was the perfect spot. Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. We walked to town and to the wedding venue. Well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful View

The home was perfect for our family long weekend. Walkable to Burlington shops and restaurants, but the view was so gorgeous we preferred to make dinner and sit outside to watch the sunset. Plenty of space and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

This is a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Burlington. Very walkable to downtown and very comfortable setting with an amazing view. We only had one slight issue when an older neighbor came and started filming us and making a noise complaint at 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon which was odd and off putting but other than that this place is great!

Girls weekend

House is lovely inside. Bathrooms and kitchen beautifully renovated and the view is amazing through a wall of windows. We had a big snow storm in the middle of our stay and we were so glad to just hang out at the house. You just can’t have this kind of getaway at a hotel.
